Walking up to the front door you will appreciate the front porch and the wonderful pond view while you relax on one of the rocking chairs. If you are lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the many turtles swimming around or a blue heron catching its dinner in the pond!

As soon as you walk through the front door you will be in awe of the 10-foot ceilings, open floor-plan, custom paint, and hardwood floors throughout the majority of the main level. The front of the home features a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk bed. The first floor also features another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, guest bathroom, laundry room with laundry sink. The first floor also features the owner`s suite with a king-sized bed, tray ceiling, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with dual vanities, a roman shower with a tiled seat, and a separate water closet. The Upper Floor features two owner's suites (one of which has a king-sized bed, two twin beds and a private ensuite, and the other features a queen-sized bed and private ensuite). There is also an open loft with a sofa and loveseat, which adds another living space for guests to relax and watch some TV.

The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles. You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival. A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
