Ascend the stairs to find a spacious, inviting single-level living area with a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Situated in a lovely location with a boardwalk to the beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed, with additional fees, please see below. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. Please be aware there are external cameras.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and door to deck
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, and door to deck
- Additional Bedding: Two twin size folding beds in the living area
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
