This is a like new and luxurious 2 Bedroom 1 Bath upstairs unit. All Stainless steel kitchen with a chefs gas oven, washer dryer in the unit, 55" HD TV, all linens provided. Only 2 miles to FSU and FAMU campus. Minutes to downtown and the Capitol. Relax and enjoy. . Plush leather couch and a recliner. Two queen beds and a patio in the front.



The Space:

This is a newly renovated 2BR 1 Bath in a condo development on the second floor. Cold AC, queen sized beds-a well stacked kitchen.

Place itself was nice, very clean and comfortable. Location and community was very run down and felt sketchy. Definitely didn’t give off a safe vibe.

Mystic Woods

We had an enjoyable time. The accommodations were as advertised online. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend some blackout curtains for both bedrooms and even the glass door in the living room. Other than that, good value for money.

It Works!

Inside is fully refurbished, in great shape, just as pictures reflect. Check in was easy. Good process. Only concern was exterior. Not the best shape or neighborhood. But once you get inside, that really doesn’t matter. I’d stay here again.

The interior is as advertised. The rental property company is kind and responsive. The exterior photos are not accurate. Unfortunately their is a troubling tenant below so I must note, The domestic violence altercation followed by arrest in parking lot upon arrival was absolutely one of the worst I have seen, yet it was something we looked past but unfortunately, the unit below had massive issues again at 2am. I hope the woman is ok. My student chose not to return the next evening due to regrets and fear. Its a game weekend so I get price increases and not as great places, but I would have wanted more accurate exterior pics to make my decision with the increase rate I paid anove normal rates for this property. I am not posting out of spite. I am posting so other parents who want to spend time with their student can pick the right place for their visit.

Close to FSU

We stayed here when we moved our son into the FSU dorms. It did the job. Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels, soap etc. It was nice of them to leave a few coffee pods for the kurig also. The host is great. I wanted to add an extra day and he got right back in touch within minutes. Thanks Steve!

The apartment inside is very nice and clean. The host was amazing. He gave me clear instructions to check in and always check to see if I needed anything. The apartment is in a central location close to everything. However the exterior of the property isnt very welcoming. the neighborhood isn’t very friendly. The area is dirty. There was garbage everywhere around the parking lot . Also many homeless people around the area. The pool doesn’t look sanitary. The pool is public and the development shares it all but it doesn’t look like there’s much maintenance. I won’t not go on that water. For a quick stay on the weekend the place is okay. Thank you so much to the host for great customer service. Sorry I feel it’s important to be honest
