We enjoyed our stay overall—the home was clean, nicely kept, and in a great location. Being only about 10 minutes from downtown and the FSU campus made it very convenient for getting around.That said, the property could use a few improvements in terms of comfort. The pillows provided did not all have pillow cases on them. 2 were in Shams, 4 were without pillow cases at all. For the bath towels, there was only 1 bath towel in each bathroom and no bath mats provided. Also, while the listing mentioned a coffee maker, only one serving of coffee was provided for the entire stay, which felt a bit inconvenient.With a few simple upgrades to guest essentials, this place could be excellent. As it stands, it’s a nice home in a great spot, just lacking some of the comforts that make a stay feel complete.

Great Place to lay your head and stay

My stay was wonderful. I would rent the property again. It was convenient to where I needed to go, immaculately keep and the instructions were right on point. Having 3 bathrooms was a great plus since it was 3 of us and we didn't have to concern ourselves with having to wait for the other one. My only request would be that instructions be left as to how to utilize the television - we weren't techie enough to be able to get to the local channels :-). But that was a minuscule issue. Hope that I am able to utilize this property again when I need to go to Tallahassee.

Work Trip

I was in Tallahassee for work. We have a shop that was a 12 minute drive. I was there for a week and wanted something a little more than a hotel room. This was fantastic. Will definitely recommend this to co-workers for their visits!

Comfy, clean place

Overall a very nice place to stay. We did think it weird that none of the beds had top sheets. Also would have been nice to have access to more towels. Only one wash cloth per bathroom we had 5 adults so we had to purchase some. Also there was only partial rolls of toilet paper so we had to purchase more of that as well. If we were to come back to Tallahassee we would rebook this place though.

Nice but very bare bones

We found the space lovely and suited to our needs. The one thing we didn’t like and it would affect us renting again is that there wasn’t even one extra blanket in the house. It was very cold for us Soutb Floridians (in the 20s the night we stayed ) and there was not one extra linen in the entire house . It was a very cold sleeping night as the blankets on the bed were thin.

Perfect for a quick trip

We stayed for a soccer camp with the kids. The only thing I will say is that there weren’t any wash cloths available for the bathrooms. And the downstairs bedroom with the two twin beds has a door to the outside. We didn’t want our kids sleeping there so my husband slept on the twin bed while our kids stayed upstairs! Loved having the space for us to spread out. And really liked having our own bathrooms. Overall-great space!
