Welcome to your dream home in Key Colony Beach! This stunning, waterfront, half-duplex offers breathtaking views, a spacious open floor plan, and has been completely upgraded. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to unleash your culinary creativity! Whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting out, you'll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals and entertain friends and family.

The master has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest room has a queen sized bed as well as a twin.

Boating is made easy with 30ft of dockage out back, a fish cleaning station and space to park your trailer out front. You are able to easily access the Gulf or Atlantic and the sandbar is right around the corner!

Imagine waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the water. This is the perfect place to call home in paradise!

Key Colony Beach offers two play grounds, a golf course, pickleball courts, restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping.

Best Week Ever!

The name of the property is Paradise Found and that couldn’t be more accurate. The place and location were perfect. Cleanliness is huge with us when booking a place and this exceeded all of our expectations. It had everything we could’ve needed and then some. Katie, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. She was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Second stay

Second stay at this awesome property in KCB. Easy access to the sandbar, cabana club, playground and everything else LCB has to offer. Two adults and two children under 10, the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back!

Great location and well appointed.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this great rental in Key colony. As central Florida residents we visit key colony several times a year and we were pleased with the location and accommodations this rental has to offer. Our family loves boating and spending time at the sandbars and beaches. This home’s location is on the sandbar side of KCB making the trip too and from quick and easy. The dock is well kept and the canal wide/deep making getting in and out with our boat a breeze. Keep an eye out for plenty of marine life and even the occasional manatee! On days when the seas are up we spent our time at the cabana club, which is just a short 3-5 min walk away. The house is equipped with everything needed to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Paradise Found Indeed

Just stayed here for a week. Could not of been any more comfortable or pleased. This property has everything you need for an enjoyable time. House is just great. The inside is done like you are in the Keys. Very nicely equipped with furniture. The back yard area is unbelievable. Very nice view, plenty of furniture, canoes, and bikes available. Use of the Cabana Club is certainly a plus. Cabana Club is beautiful. Nice pool,nice beach,food and drinks. Communication is superior. Had questions, we’re promptly answered. Highly recommend this unit. Will be returning. Thank You for letting us use your place.
