2/2 semi-duplex situé sur l'ouest de l'océan dans la plage clé de la colonie. Cette unité a un lit king dans le maßtre et deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hÎtes. Ce 936 sq. La maison Ft pourra accueillir 4 personnes maximum. N'a pas accÚs au canal, mais il y a beaucoup de places de parking si vous apportez un bateau et que vous souhaitez le remorquer à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la rampe publique. Vous serez membre du club cabana et pourrez utiliser la piscine et la plage sur la propriété. Climatisation centrale, barbecue, Internet, TV dans la chambre principale et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée.
Les principales caractéristiques du parc de la plage de la colonie comprennent un parcours de golf 9 trous, un parcours de marche et de jogging, une aire de jeux pour enfants, des fers à cheval, une pétanque, des courts de tennis et de basket-ball.

First trip to the Keys

We really enjoyed our stay - the house was exactly as advertised. The setup and ammenities are perfectly thought out for a relaxing vacation. The bed was very confortable comfortable and A/C kept the place nice and comfortablr.

Keys Trip

Very nice property in an extremely convenient location. Very walkable location with access to paths in every direction. Really enjoyed Sunset Park just down the street. Nice 2 person kayak to use in the canals. Very quiet, friendly neighbors and everything you need.

Excellent VRBO in Marathon, Florida

The property was just as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor patio on the canal was a great place for our happy hour. Great time away!

The property had everything we need for our stay. The owner Larry was awesome and pointed us in the direction of some of his favorite places. Diving was 10 minutes away and we enjoyed hanging out at the Beach Club!

The Keys have the best winter weather

We have been searching for a wintering spot Key Colony and Marathon win. The property was clean and very convenient to restaurants, the Pool and the ocean. We felt very comfortable walking anywhere and weather was amazing. Julie was helpful in helping us secure lodging for next winter season.

Adorable unit with great location

We hosted my sister and niece here and they loved it. It is a perfectly cozy place to spend time in Key Colony Beach ... the front porch is a great spot to relax and watch all the happenings KCB.

The duplex was very nice, very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen, really well equipped
the only thing about kitchen was there was no dish soap, and there was a brand new dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. Very minimal complaints, but when you fly your not going to pack, or even think to pack extra items you will need, extra garbage bags toilet paper etc. The one bigger complaint is we thought it was sitting directly on channel with full view of water and it was only a very small corner of the channel. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

My daughter and I were in the Keys for diving and relaxing and this location was perfect. Clean and neat. The kitchen and dining area were perfect, and the washer/dryer helped us not need to bring to much. Located in marathon it was the right distance from everything. Would definitely is this place again

King Colony Beach Serenity

This rental was in a very nice location with access to a beach club with pool, bar and beach. The duplex was so light and bright with a canal view from the kitchen. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the large deck great for al fresco dining. The owners, who live nearby, were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to this perfect vacation spot.

Wonderful place to stay

Absolutely wonderful townhouse in a great location. Large, spacious and well appointed with two bathrooms, full kitchen, large family room, washer and dryer and a large veranda on the second floor. Great for a group of friends, or a family. They include a membership to the Cabana Club, with a heated pool 20 feet from a well-groomed little beach. Very responsive to questions from the renters. I highly recommend this to anyone!!
