Welcome to Pinnacle Port A-935! This stunning 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom fully furnished townhouse style beach front condo has breathtaking views of the Gulf of America and Lake Powell. Step inside to discover an inviting open floor plan encompassing the living room, dining and fully equipped kitchen. There is even a half bath and laundry room. Ascending to the second floor, the master suite treats you to a king size bed, ensuite full bathroom, and sweeping views of the large resort pool and the World's Most Beautiful Beaches from the private balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin size bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway also.

Pinnacle Port is a quiet community located between the Gulf and Lake Powell, Florida's largest coastal dune lake. Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy some fishing on Lake Powell, or make a splash in our two large pools. Pinnacle Port Resort offers relaxation with gated and roving security. Nowhere else in the panhandle will you find a resort on the beach and a lake like this one. Pinnacle Port guests get access to a boat ramp and boat slips, as well as tennis courts, half basketball court, grills, small workout room, saunas, and even a playground with swings.

There are many attractions and activities, such as Bay Point Golf Club: Nicklaus Course, Dave & Buster's, Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Sunset Cruise, Island Time Sailing: Shell Island Snorkel & Sail, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Sky Wheel PCB: Combo Wheel & Golf, Duplin Winery, Wonder Works PCB, Rock-it-Lanes and Ripley's Believe It or Not, to name a few.

Hi, I wanted to reach out regarding the condition of the condo we rented this weekend. Unfortunately, what started as a few cleanliness concerns has become increasingly upsetting as we continue finding additional issues throughout the unit.We arrived yesterday and, after getting into the condo and putting our things down, went straight to the beach. We did not return to the condo until after 7:00 last night, so we really didn’t have an opportunity to thoroughly notice the condition of everything when we first arrived.Once we were back, our kids noticed what appeared to be blood on the shelving in the bunk room. We actually tried wiping the stain off the cabinet/shelving with a wet rag, but it would not come off. We then found additional blood-like stains underneath the top bunk and on the bedding. Since then, we have discovered even more blood-like staining on the nightstand and on the string/cord of the curtains in that same room.At this point, there are multiple areas throughout the children’s sleeping space with what appears to be blood on them, and our kids are understandably very uncomfortable and do not want to stay or sleep in that room. Whether these stains are actually blood or not, the fact that they were left on bedding, furniture, and other surfaces in a room where children are expected to sleep is extremely concerning from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint.In addition, we found what appears to be food splattered on the bathroom wall and dried drink part of

Hi Heather, Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention immediately. We were happy to address these issues that should not have occurred and correct them immediately for you and your family. While it was noted that the marks were in fact marker, and thankfully not blood, this absolutely should not have been missed by the cleaners and was taken care of immediately for you. While some of the fixtures and furniture in the unit are dated, I assure you the unit is cleaned and inspected. This will not happen again. We hope that we have the opportunity to host you again, and give you a great vacation experience.
