Cozy Modern Golf Retreat at the Beach

A newly remodeled fully furnished 3 bed 2 bath townhome with modern elegance and a coastal charm. Located in the highly sought after Fairway Oaks Community within The Surf Golf & Beach Club. The home features a beautiful fireplace, lots of natural light and everything you need for a fun packed vacation in sunny North Myrtle Beach.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a full bathroom that may be accessed from the kitchen as well making it ideal for those who wish the be on the main floor. Upstairs features 2 large bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 queens and a large full bathroom.
My favorite place is the patio, just off the kitchen which has a great outdoor private dining and grilling area complete with updated table and chairs with your own Weber grill.
This private oasis for entertaining boasts views of the golf course.
Upon your arrival, the home is stocked with all essentials, beds are made with fresh crisp linens and both beach towels and bath towels are available for our guests. Worry about nothing in this coastal beach charmer!

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well stocked condo. Very convenient to North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove and Calabash. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The location is wonderful. We walked to the beach and restaurants, but the home is in a quiet and peaceful area. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly. The house had many extra perks and we enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need! We will definitely rent this property again.

Girls Trip with My Daughters

This was a great find and in a location we like to stay. Fairway Oaks is a great community to stay in and this newly renovated property was clean and well accommodated. The communication with the property manager was great and she is so wonderful to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Family vacation

My stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! It was more than I had expected from the listing. My parents were with me on this vacation and having the room downstairs with a bathroom worked out wonderful for my parents. My grand children loved the room they had upstairs. The bedrooms were a nice size with much space. Everything we needed was provided, it was like home away from home allowing us to be very comfortable when returning from a long day of fun activities. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was excellent. The location was close to the beach and stores. We did not have any trouble checking in. The unit was very clean and located in a quiet community. However, if you are traveling with small children beware that there is a large staircase. The owner has a small gate, but you should consider bringing something to keep your little one safe. I recommend this place. It has ample space for large families. I would stay again.

Location Location Location

Went for a softball tournament and rented. Place was as described. Very clean and the location was great as we did not know where we would be playing from day to day. Community pool was wonderful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Host was beyond helpful. There was no hairdryer and with teenage girls that was not good. One was delivered immediately. It was so easy dealing with the host. Highly recommend this VRBO.

I am originally from New Jersey but relocated to South Carolina 5 years ago to be closer to my family. This is our second time co-hosting, first time in North Myrtle Beach, we have previously hosted in lovely Surfside Beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. The homes are decorated, neighbors are friendly and helpful, it is the perfect location to unwind after spending the day at the beach. The pool is a quick walk from the home. You can even catch a glimpse of the golf course from the patio!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Its location. If your goal it relax and unwind, this is the spot for you. Located far from any busy roads as well the hustle bustle of Main Street and Ocean Blvd.
