WOW!! These views were absolutely stunning! As soon as we walked inside, we felt like the vacation began. The layout was perfect for a family. Low noise and really enjoyed all the kitchen items available. The only thing I would recommend is darkening shades for the front bedroom overlooking the parking lot. It was bright even in the early morning. Overall, it was a beautiful place. And the location was perfect! Close to Starbucks, shopping and all the restaurants. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

Fantastic beach front vacation!

Booking this property was easy & we had a wonderful beach vacation! This is probably the best overall accommodations I’ve stayed at in Destin. The pool and hot tub were sunny and just steps away from the beach. The outdoor grills didn’t work great and I wish beach chairs were included, but this didn’t take away from our vacation. I would stay here again & would recommend to friends & family!

We had an easy check in. It's in a very central location. Lots 9f access to shops and resteraunts nearby. The condo is spacious and well-appointed. Beaches are amazing and beautiful. Plus right oustide the building. We loved being able to rent umbrellas and chairs. Process was very easy. Thanks for a great and comfotable place to land after being out to play all day.

Nice getaway

It was a good size for our large group. Only 2 complaints
the king suite off the front door desperately needs curtains. Between the parking lot lights & the sun, it is very bright in that room all night long. Also all of the bed pillows are very flat, so bring your own. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Great Stay in a Great Location

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful condo. The place was immaculate and well taken care of. The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, and the location of this condo could not be better. We are already planning to go back!

Everything was amazing from checkin to checkout! Highly recommend, especially for larger groups so much space. Very cozy and comfortable home, will be staying again my next trip!

Great family spot!

Wonderful views with easy access to pool and beach for the kiddos. Condo did have beach supplies (boogie board, sand toys, balls) which was an added bonus. The place was spacious, clean, and very cute. The kitchen is also nice for cooking in with grills to the side of the building that we cleaned daily by the condo staff. Would go back!

Destin Getaway

The condo was spacious, clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and an infant. The beds were comfortable, there was a good amount of utensils, appliances etc in the kitchen. The view of the beach was fabulous! We didn’t try the pool or hot tub as it was unseasonably cold but they looked nice. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing!!

The overall experience was perfect ! The pic doesn’t do any justice. It is soo much better in person. The home decor was a 10 out of 10! The bed was perfect, it was not hard it was plushy. I will definitely come back we enjoyed the stay and Ms Angie was very helpful as well ! Beautiful place !!

We've stayed in many condos in Florida during our annual family vacations, and this was by far the best. Why? Because the furniture was in good condition as well as the mattresses on all of the beds. The unit was decorated nicely and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes/glassware, and utensils. All appliances as well as counter top appliances worked great. Obviously, you assume all of those things I just mentioned are supposed to be the case when you rent a VRBO, but that's not always the case and that's why we really liked this unit. The communication between the owner/owner rep was top notch. Any questions were answered very quickly and they were very nice. The location of this unit is in a perfect. We could get from point A to point B within 5-15 mins of anything we wanted to do. Tons of restaurants, activities and shopping were so close by. The actual building itself (Jade East) was nicely landscaped and manicured. The grounds and pool were kept clean at all times. Trash cans were never full/overflowing from the buildings outside cans. A new elevator was put into service the week we were there and it was awesome! Our family decided that we would probably return to this property for our family vacation next year!
