S'il vous plaît noter que nous avons très strictes politiques de vacances de printemps et ne pas louer à des personnes de moins de 25 ans. Nous exigeons qu'il y ait un adulte de plus de 25 ans pour deux personnes de moins de 25 ans. Nous ne prenons que des vacances en famille. Aucune exception!

Ce plan d'étage unique, vous fera profiter de tous les aspects de ce condo.

une vue complète sur le golfe de la chambre des maîtres, grand balcon, salon, salle à manger et même la cuisine!

Le salon / salle à manger et cuisine sont tous ouverts vous permettant de profiter de converser avec tout le monde lors de la préparation des repas ou des cocktails!

La suite principale spacieuse dispose d'un lit king size, salle de lecture avec vue sur le golfe, TV, grande salle de bains principale w / une baignoire avec une fenêtre vers le golfe, support douche seule séparée, double lavabo et la zone d'aisance séparé. Le maître walk-in est comme une chambre elle-même. Très à manger et un endroit idéal pour stocker vos bagages une fois que vous avez décompressé!

Deux chambres supplémentaires sont situées dans 1704E, y compris une autre suite de maître! La deuxième chambre d'hôtes dispose également d'un lit king et salle de bain privée. Troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et est juste à côté de la troisième salle de bain complète taille! Ces deux chambres d'hôtes offrent une vue mi-air de la ville de Destin et balcons latéraux de la ville.

Pendant que vous êtes au repos après une longue journée à la plage rattraper son retard sur le sport ou la météo sur votre téléviseur à écran plat, idéalement situé dans le salon!

Aussi ce bâtiment est situé entre la piste, Big Kahuna parc aquatique et très proche de l'arcade de la célèbre Fat Daddy! Des tonnes de restaurants et de magasins sont également à proximité!

Cette unité loue du samedi au samedi seulement avec un minimum de 5 nuits pendant les vacances de printemps, l'été et l'été.

Enjoyed our family vacation to Destin. Staying in this condo was so nice with the gorgeous views. Two nice pools and two hot tubs. We used a wheelchair in this condo. This condo does not have an open concept, but it was still easy to maneuver the wheelchair through. Condo was clean and location was perfect.

Have been coming to Destin for 20 years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in!

The condo was tastefully decorated, clean and felt roomy enough that we felt we were at home. Great for three couples are a large family. Would highly recommend the condo and complex !

Great condo!

This was our first time to Destin and we had a wonderful experience. The condo was better than the pictures; well appointed and very clean. The beach area is beautiful and the folks running the beach set up (chair & tent rentals) were great and super accommodating to our large group. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo in well maintained building.

The condo was nice and clean. The building and pools are well maintained. The beach area is beautiful, of course. We had three adult couples and two young children. There was plenty of living space and a bathroom for each bedroom. We would stay here again. The management company was excellent and went the extra mile.

Great condo

The location and condo was great. The food and service at the Tipsea Turtle which is the on site bar was really good. The only downside to the condo itself was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was very hard and felt cheap. However this would not stop me from staying at this condo again.

A great place in Destin

We had an amazing time! The place was clean and met our family needs. The view is incredible! We saw stingrays, dolphins, and sharks from the balcony! The instructions were clear and the property management was easy to get a hold of. Check in/out you have to bring the keys to the property management office. The place is a little dated and the carpet has some stains. A more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom is needed. I weould definately consider staying here again!

Wonderful area. Not clean. Half empty water bottles, used soap, fruit behind curtains. Didn’t like having to pick up and drop off keys off site in horrendous traffic. Needed crib or pac n play.

Enjoyable time had by all

Nice place, very clean and kept up. Easy access to beach and pool. Comfortable beds. If I had 1 small complaint is very difficult when you arrive , have to go off site to retrieve keys and passes. Which wouldn’t be a problem but GPS takes you way off base. Luckily my daughter went right to condo to wait and ran into another agent who gave her land marks to find ( it really is easy and right off on 98). So we will definitely stay again. Thank you

Silver Beach Towers #1704e

We are a family of 6. 3 teens and a 10 year old. The unit was very clean and very spacious. Everything was in good working condition. The location was perfect as it was oceanfront. This was our first time to Destin and we will return. We could walk to many things or get in the car and drive a few minutes. The inky thing that would have made it better was if there was a restaurant on site. Realty agency made it very easy and sent us all the information we needed before arrival to prepare us for our stay.

Best views - great girl's weekend getaway!

My mom, sister, sister-in-law and I stayed here for 2 nights for a girl's weekend. It was the perfect weekend to go - spring break was over and school was not out yet, so it was not nearly as busy as previous visits (traffic, restaurants, beaches, etc.). The condo was beautiful. Floor to ceiling glass doors give the perfect view from the 17th floor. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and people watching. Beautifully decorated. Would love to visit again!! Check-in and check-out were very easy (just wish the office was located closer to the condo). The parking spot in the garage is VERY nice to have! Conveniently located near elevators. Make sure to bring any ziploc bags, saran wrap, foil, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc. that you may need during your stay.

A Tired Condo

This property was listed to sleep 8 … there was barely room for 4 adults + 1 child in living area. Very cramped. The furniture on the balcony had mildew and stains on fabric cushions and the “woven synthetic” on rest of chairs was very worn. Having rented other condos at this property, this unit was definitely subpar … from nicked paint on walls to the bath towels seeing a better day. Compared to others, ill appointed as well. Overall … a very tired condo. Would not rent this space again but Silver Beach Towers is a great property with other wonderful units.
