Escape to a hidden gem nestled within the serene Seabrook Island, where tranquility meets luxury in this splendid marsh front condo. Perched on the third floor and boasting convenient elevator access, this renovated end unit is a quiet, family-friendly villa minutes away from stunning private beaches.
This villa is close to the front entrance of Seabrook making it easy to get to Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina with stunning views of the sunset and delicious arrays of restaurants.

You will have access to the villas private association outdoor pool, and the Lakehouse outdoor pool at no additional charge. Neither outdoor pools are heated. You will need to pick up a QR code from the Amenity Office in order to access the Lakehouse outdoor pool.

Note: The Lake house also includes an Indoor pool/Gym , and is available at ( $15 per person/day ). This rental does not include access to the Seabrook Island Club/Golf Courses, and tennis courts. STR Permit # 25-000010

All Seabrook Island private beaches are within a 10 minuet slow island 25 MPH drive. Parking is free, and every beach access has it's own parking. Enjoy a safe private gated island with 24/7 security. Where you will truly feel relaxed.

Can't wait to go back!

We had the most relaxing stay on Seabrook Island in early June. The beaches are beautiful, not crowded and the boardwalks with showers make for easy access! The Island is serene, beauty everywhere you look, and the stay in the Riverfront Villa was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the quiet, calmness of the Lake House Pool! We can't wait to go back.

Quiet condo near tennis courts

Nice, tidy and quiet end unit with marsh views and within walking distance to tennis courts. Host Sami very helpful, proactive and responsive.

Good stay

We have been coming to Seabrook for several years now, and we look forward to future stays on the island. This property was in a great location, within the gates but close to Freshfields. The unit is an end unit with a very peaceful view of the marsh. Everything worked in the unit, and the owner communicated well. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the shower curtain liners were dirty. We contacted the owner, and he promptly responded and sent the cleaning crew out the following morning with new liners. I didn’t give five stars because the unit is not entirely renovated. It’s partially renovated, and there are some areas, such as the showers, that could use some renovating. The furniture and decor is heavily worn with several seats and cushions with stains. We covered the dining chairs, couch, and outdoor chairs with sheets and pillow cases. The living room rug was heavily stained, and we rolled it up and set it aside during our stay. I believe the cleaning crew does a good job with cleaning, but the unit could benefit from further renovation. We cooked fresh seafood during our stay, and I was glad I brought some really nice pans for searing seafood and parchment paper for the baking pans. All in all, these were minor hiccups, and we really enjoyed our stay. Seabrook is spectacular!

Thank you, Julie, for the constructive review. I have written down all these details and started working on them immediately. We have bought new rugs, and they will be set up tomorrow. We are also actively shopping for good new dining room chairs. This weekend I plan to take inventory of the cooking supplies and replace what is needed. Thanks again, and we hope to see you again in Seabrook!
