Nice and comfortable house for our family.
We enjoyed as a family a great time at the house. The house is comfortable, clean, all is set to help to our family had a great time together. The location and neighborhood was super good, quiet, beautiful, near to all important places and the beach. We can comeback as family to choose Poolside Paradise as our vacation house.

Enjoyed the house! Pool screen covering was great but pool patio and pool could have been cleaner. Sent pictures snd descriptions to manager and got a reply that they would discuss it snd then they didn’t fix it. Also plan to bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags, trash bags and Saran Wrap, foil, etc and grilling utensils. Plenty of towels and pots pans and other dishes. Beds comfortable.

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was absolutely amazing. The hosts were very attentive and stayed in communication with us. We had concerns based on a previous review and they called us and assured us of everything that was done to resolve that issue. They also made sure we were comfortable when we got there. The only bad thing we have to say about this house was that the trash can outside was full when we pulled up. So it was hard to put our trash in the can that week. But thankfully their trash runs twice a week! Definitely will be returning to this house!!

Poor upkeep by management
First we requested a change to our Rez to a day earlier. Payment was taken but day wasn’t changed! Difficult start. At check in we noticed a bad smell and wet flooring due to a longstanding leak in the kitchen with waste water/sewage backing up into the flooring.Wet socks,bad smell with a baby visiting so we had to keep him up at all times. We were unable to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher and had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink as the garage had a bigger sink but the lights didn’t work and we were told that the garage was not part of the rental. My 80yo parents and I spent each day having to leave part of our party home at all times because we had to keep doors and windows open to air out the home and haul all rugs out to dry.We also had to let various people in to confirm that there was indeed a problem with waste drainage in the home that has been ongoing for long enough for the walls and wood to have rot. The specialist told us that we should not be breathing the air and we should seek another home. Management did not provide that and tried to verbally ensure us something would be done but at no time came to the home, had us do the work of drying floors, rugs and protecting the home which kept us from traveling as a group. When asked for help they told us they would fix this after we left and provided no relief. Our trip was definitely affected. Too bad, because it’s a nice area and I’m sure the homeowners are nice people who deserve better management.

It was okay...
There was a significant leak at the house and it smelled quite terrible throughout our stay. This seemed to be one of those one-off situations but it was there when we arrived. They did provide a small refund for the issues. Overall, the house was not well equipped with toiletries or towels for 8 adults. We specifically asked if there were beach towels available before we arrived and they said yes. There were two. They did end up delivering more towels twice because there weren't enough towels or paper towels available to contain the leak. Overall, it was an okay stay. If you book prepare for the very basics being available. You'll have to buy laundry detergent, kleenexes, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc.

Beautiful house and worth the money
It was truly an amazing house and had everything you needed. Was close to stores and beach. Each room had tvs and made you feel at home. Great price for the location. Had an Amazing time and awesome memories. Thank you again
