The Good & Not So Good...The Good: the condo & building are both very nice and the description and pictures are accurate. The condo was comfortable and suited our needs for our 3 nights. The staff in the building are very accommodating and the building is within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. The rooftop pool area is very relaxing and quite with amazing views.Not So Good: we had friends visiting PV when we were visiting and we wanted them to visit but unfortunately no visitors were allowed by the rental company (Vacasa). The Vacasa on-line staff stated that this rule was communicated in our contract, after reviewing the contract again, it's not that clear and the contract was sent after the refund period expired.We prefer to travel with clean clothing and therefore rent a condo with a washer/dryer. On the day before leaving we discovered that the washer did not work. I believe the washer was broken before we arrived as the breaker was turned off. I personally would not book this condo again due to the "Not So Good" issues but would recommend to others if that works for you.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay here while we visited PV. Most things we wanted to do were within walking distance, so it was very convenient for traveling without a car. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We particularly enjoyed the AC and rooftop pool since it was so warm outside. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we return.

Great place

Overall a great place that I would go back to. I give it 4 stars because of Vacasa. Our local contact stopped texting me back when we needed extra things (towel replacement, more toilet paper, small things, etc.). The apartment and building are really nice and we loved staying there.

Like a luxury hotel room

I can’t recommend this place more. It feels like a luxury hotel room in the middle of the zona romántica. Awesome amenities in the building, well appointed studio, and walkable to so many bars and restaurants. I loved my time here and I think you will too!

Great stay! Excellent location. Great sleep.

I enjoyed my stay at this property from many aspects! First, communication were perfectly timed and accurate. Then, the location of the property is great....just a few minutes walk to everything and the street is well lit at night. The pool is an infinity pool with amazing views. The pool temperature was absolutely perfect (in July) so I didn't even need to venture into the hot tub! The room is very comfortable and I slept extremely well on the pillow-top king-size bed! And finally, the staff are friendly and always present. I definitely would stay here again!

Great Stay in Newer Building

Great property and pool. Some of the best front desk people I've had in Puerto Vallarta. A very cute unit with a comfortable bed and a view of the jungle (not the ocean or cathedral. There are still pockets of construction, but it was very quiet. I didn't hear the street noise in our unit, but I'm also a hard sleeper. The swimming pool is a little on the warm side, but that's WAY better than being too cold to enjoy. We'll definitely be back.

Great spot and location in the heart of the Romantic Zone

We enjoyed our stay at this unit very much. 24 hour security, there was always someone there to unlock the door for us. The studio has just enough space for me and my fiance. Rooftop pool was amazing! But you can't see the sunset from the pool, there's a wall that blocks off where the sun sets. The beds were super comfortable! Bathroom had everything we needed and was very spacious with good natural light coming through the window. We were able to relax in the space. The only bad thing about this place is the noise. If you're a light sleeper the banging from construction next door will wake you up super early. Gym is very spacious, although we didn't take advantage of it. Other than the noise, we enjoyed our stay. Location is within walking distance to everything in downtown Romantic Zone.
