With a a location that can’t be beat, this apartment is on the second floor of a small, 8-unit building. You enter into the bright living area with a kitchenette (refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, cooking essentials), table with seating for 4, sitting area, and smart TV. The larger bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, plenty of closet space, a smart TV and desk. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and closet. Both bedrooms access the terrace where you can enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching all of the activity below. Enjoy the morning sunrises or use the blackout curtains to sleep in. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, USB outlets and Bluetooth speaker. The bathroom has a large shower with plenty of hot water. A sink and mirror are located just outside of the bathroom so that multiple people can easily be getting ready at the same time. Sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels and drinking water are all provided.

The neighborhood is energetic and lively! Restaurants, bars, shops, theater, live music, and the river all at your doorstep! The beach is just a 5-10 minute walk. Most everything you need is within walking distance—everything from the markets, festivals and shows, to the Malecón, to the iconic Virgin of Guadalupe church, to the restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Zona Romántica, to the pier and the famous Los Muertos Beach. There is free parking on the street or a very inexpensive parking garage around the corner. There is a taxi stand at the end of the block. Buses that can take you everywhere from Walmart and Costco to beach towns up and down the coast all stop within 2-4 blocks. Uber and InDriver are also easy to use.
