About this space
Just remodeled (Nov 2020) spacious town house, magnificent location, steps to lift , stunning views, contemporary, vaulted ceilings. Enjoy with family & friends. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms with 65" TV / fireplace. Relax after skiing in the spa over looking the pond watching cross c skiers or summer golf. Silver Star Lift & Silver Star Cafe are right across the street. The free bus stop route to downtown or Deer Valley is few steps from door. (no discount on peak dates)
The space
As our second home, we made sure to have most confortable couches, beds, fine linens, all cooking tools you need to cook, and a cozy and beautiful atmosphere in a nice layout, were you can relax and enjoy with family or friends.
Guest access
The complete condo, with its private entrance will be entirely for you including the back decks with the hot tub over the pond and the grill with the new patio table and chairs in an incredible atmosphere....

The two parking spaces at the condo are outdoors

As an architect, I was delighted to remodel and decorate our second home, with a special character, making it spacious and opened to be able to enjoy the exceptional surroundings of this uniq spot in PC. When we travel we appreciate the beauty and architecture of the properties we stayed at, so this is what we expect our guest to experience.

Conveniently located, the condominium is right across the free bust stop, green line, that takes you in minutes to Park City resort, Main Street, Deer valley or all the way to the outlet mall, besides supermarkets, etc.
Silver Star lift is steps away, same as Silver Star Cafe, which is an extraordinary restaurant for brunch, lunch or dinner.

There is no other condominium over the water, this is a uniq property with spectacular views! Cross country skiers during the winter, golf players during the summer, ducks, geese, beaver, cranes are one of the few fauna you can enjoy from the many windows that face the pond.
