A beautiful open concept 3 bed 3 bath up to date home in a mature neighborhood. Fully furnished and fully stocked. Very clean and comfy. Renting an electric car for your stay? We even have the Juice Box 48 EV rapid charger for your electric vehicle in the garage (see pictures) enjoy some of the extra amenities that this spacious modern home has to offer!

Shanan the hostess was absolutely the BEST! I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us, including extending our stay and an early check-in. The home was the perfect place for us during our stay; it was close to family and in a safe, quiet neighborhood (i loved hearing the birds as I sat out in the back patio having my morning coffee). It has access to the grocery and drug stores and the highway. This is a beautiful fully renovated ranch, just like the pictures with all the comforts of home. The backyard had a beautiful privacy fence perfect for our Labradoodle. We felt safe and secure the entire time and we will be back to stay at your home the next time we are visiting family in Indy! Thank you Shanan and Reed, truly a perfect place for us!

Wonderfully remodeled home!

This home was masterfully remodeled and chocked full of modern amenities. It was very clean. Everything was very professional. Will absolutely book this location again on the next trip to Indianapolis.

This property is beautiful! Well equipped, clean and comfy. The property manager was so kind and accommodating. If we ever need a place in Indy again we will be booking here.

Super clean and modern home in perfect location!

My family (kids 5, 5, 10, 17) was in town for the Masters swimming spring nationals at IUPUI. This house was immaculate, spacious, and perfect for us. We were in close proximity to the children's museum, Holliday Park, and Broad Ripple- the places we spent all of our time when not at IUPUI! The back yard was lush and open and the kids enjoyed the nightly show put on by the many fireflies! Communication with the host was exceptional and checking in and out was a breeze! We hope to visit Indy again soon and will absolutely stay here!

Weekend in Indy

The property is newly renovated and super clean. Massive fenced back yard was great for our dogs. Really secure, quiet neighborhood. Aaron was very helpful and communicative. Would stay here again for sure!

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from Butler University. The house was not too far from the campus so it was convenient. Because we've had some horrible rentals before, we were all pleasantly surprised how comfortable and well decorated it was. Communication with the property owner was great! Both my husband and I both said that we could actually live in the house... it is just that practical! My only regret is not bringing my dog cuz the yard was huge with an beautiful privacy fence. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect location for our needs.

House was absolutely wonderful!! Perfect for our needs. No matter where we wanted to go, it was never more than 30 minutes away. Very convenient. One thing I appreciated was all the light switches were labled!! No playing the light switch game :) I would definitely rent this house again!!

Relaxing Weekend in Indianapolis

The house is exactly as listed, very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and the backyard is wonderful (wish it had been a littke warmer to enjoy it more).

Great house

It was perfect for our needs. At the last minute we had to bring our Son's dog with us and they were a very accommodating and they had a great fenced in yard.
