Welcome to our beautiful family-friendly home, located just 10 minutes from down town Indy's buzzing brew and food scene! Nestled in a safe and quiet
neighborhood, our property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility to the city’s charm and hoosier hospitality. After exploring the area, come home and relax all under one roof in our spacious 4 BR home with decorations inspired by Indiana's culture.

We love hosting families with kids or groups of friends coming to enjoy the nightlife and everything Indianapolis has to offer! Whether you visit the Indianapolis Children's Museum, Indianapolis Zoo, or Lucas Oil Stadium, there's so much to do for all ages.

The Space:
Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the front driveway or on our street. We have a corner lot so there is ample parking available. A garage is available for your use if you desire. The driveway can easily accommodate 4
cars. The home can be entered from the front door right as soon as you pull up.

Entering the property through the front door you will be welcomed into a cozy and uplifting space with thoughtful décor and artwork inspired by Indiana's history.


LIVING ROOM:
As you come into the home and on your right hand side, you will walk into our open floor plan living area. The living room provides a ton of seating to entertain. You'll find a sectional, chair, and a fun area to get ready with your party before going out in the town. Two large windows keeps the room well lit. A large smart TV sits on top of our floating entertainment center. Bring your own login and enjoy almost any streaming
app!

KITCHEN:
The living room space opens to the kitchen with a bar top island. Two bar stools allow for even more room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware. Our guests love the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the island to partake in a local craft beer and great conversation. The
kitchen also features a table next to the sliding glass door and has seating for 6.

MASTER BEDROOM:
Upstairs leads to all the bedrooms and full bathrooms. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom sit in the front corner of the home. Here you'll find a memory foam King size bed. A smart TV is provided here as well (bring your own login). The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with towels and
washcloths.

Bedroom 2 has two queen beds with memory foam mattresses and a night stands with

Bedroom 3 contains two queen beds each with their own nightstand and reading light. This bedroom also has a smart TV for your entertainment.

Bedroom 4 has one queen size mattress with a night stand and reading light. This bedroom also has a smart TV for your entertainment.

The bathroom sits between the bedrooms and provides a shower tub combo and well
sized vanity.

A washer and dryer are also available on the second level for your use.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The concrete, accessible from the kitchen, gives views of the private fenced in backyard. We provide a charcoal grill so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking if you desire!

Off the concrete patio, you'll find a firepit where you can enjoy conversations
A light string between the posts provides an intimate
and fun scene in which to enjoy an evening fire.
