The space
A mid century ranch fully restored with modern amenities and decor. The main living areas are spacious with both a living room off the front of the house and a family room complete with a 60 inch tv and cozy sofa perfect for lounging. The galley kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook or bake. The primary bedroom is large with its own lounge area and tv, a separate jacuzzi tub, in suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The other three bedrooms are just down the hall and across from both a half bath and a full bath with a stand up shower.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and a large private patio. Landscaping is in progress so careful where you step in the backyard. The basement is currently unfinished but safe to use for laundry if needed. There is also a detached garage/studio on the property that is not available for guest use. We may occasionally access the detached garage/studio during your visit.
Other things to note
The main reason for concern with small children is an open staircase to the basement that a baby gate can’t safely close off.
