In support of of our sustainability efforts, our linen policy includes one towel per registered guest. This is an excellent property! Incredibly clean, stylish upgrades and lots of fun stuff to do! Games galore and even a ping pong table in the basement! Quiet neighborhood and very close to the Iowa Equestrian Center.

Wonderful quiet home in Cedar Rapids. The bathrooms and kitchen are recently renovated making it a very nice stay for our family (wife, adult daughter and her three children). The home uses hot water heat which makes for even heating throughout the house. The ping pong table was a hit with everyone. The new kitchen was very well appointed and we had no trouble cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! All in all a very clean comfortable cozy home to stay in. We would definitely stay here again.
