All the comforts of home in this centrally-located house. One mile to the interstate, downtown and Czech Village! The cozy main level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the lower entertainment space is stocked with games, shuffleboard, air hockey and wet bar! Comfy queen beds in both bedrooms and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the basement for larger groups. Full sized kitchen with pots/pans, coffee bar and dishwasher! On-sight washer and dryer are also available. Garage parking is not included.
$15 additional charge per person per night for over 4 people.

Loved the property. It was close to the interstate and to downtown Cedar Rapids.We had had a blast playing all the games downstairs.

Family stayed for a quick spring break get away. The house was very clean and Sara was very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Sara provided helpful information prior to our arrival. We stayed here for a football game so the home worked well for us. The beds were very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the downstairs area with the games and bar. The location is conveniently located close to many places as well.

Excellent spot for baseball weekend

Perfect for 4 of us in town for a baseball tournament. The basement has enough entertainment to kill time and the peppery was clean and as expected. Enjoyed fireworks from the deck, short drive to the Kernels game, and to baseball field. Train is very close and you hear it throughout the day/ night, but earplugs worked perfectly.

Well kept property

Sara was great from the very first contact. The house is very well kept and the beds were super comfortable. She gave us helpful information before arriving and the home is close to a cute area of CR.

Perfect home for our family of 5. Our kids loved the game room. We appreciated cable was included. Good location, convenient to interstate access. Safe neighborhood. Quiet despite being right by the train tracks.

Graduation weekend

Nice house for spending the weekend attending our oldest child's college graduation. We had a great time down in the game room and out in the backyard. Thank you for having us.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend. Ample parking and a well stocked house. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Property manager was responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet with not a lot of street traffic, but it is near train tracks, and we did have a train go by both nights we were there.

Nicely upgraded

So nice to stay in house and not a hotel. Nice upgrades here. Would be nice to have a second bathroom. Basement party area is great! Good location to the arena. Comfort beds and coaches. Could use a table to eat at but we had no issues. Definitely stay here again

Iowa is more than Corn Fields!

A perfect place to stay to call 'home' while exploring what Cedar Rapids has to offer, and there are many delights to see! The Czech Museum is top-notch and the Bo-Ho shopping and dining area hails to the Midwest as being accessible, friendly and accommodating. Iowa City is only a hop-skip-and-a-jump away drive and has all the charms of a University City. This host has gone the extra miles to provide comfort and charm. I think she's on to it.

Convenient little house

Convenient location for our family to stay while visitong my daughter. A few concerns regarding cleanliness were shared with the owner and addresses. Nothing that would keep our family from coming back. Train did wake us a few times but overall was not a problem. We enjoyed the games in the game cabinet Thank you for allowing our family to rent this cute house for the weekend.

Great little house

We had a great stay. Sara was quick to respond to our questions. We were in town for 11 days visiting family. The house had everything we needed and more than a hotel room could accommodate. With 3 teenage boys and a competitive family, the game room set up and board games were great for our down time. We were able to walk to fireworks downtown, to a couple different coffee shops (both great) and Breakfast House (hidden gem for breakfast 2 blocks away-so good). Anything else was an easy drive. The neighborhood was quiet except for the trains but that's just Cedar Rapids. We used the firepit one night and the outdoor table/chairs came in handy too.

The bed at the back side of the house was rough. Needs replaced asap. The listing should include the fact that the trains run so often and very close to the house. Drain cover in shower is missing a screw which caused one in our party to get cut on their toe. Upstairs TV has trouble staying connected to wifi.
