Staying in a beautiful home that is equipped with everything you need helps with making it feel like your home away from home. This was my second stay and it just felt so comfortable. Very spacious!

Nate is a fantastic host. He is very responsive and wants you to be happy with your stay. The beds are super comfortable and the showers are hot. There is lots of room to hang out. We were happy with the location - very close to an excellent grocery store and many delicious restaurants. The dog was extremely happy with the fenced in back yard. Highly recommend.

Sisters trip

We had an awesome time saying at this property, there were 6 of us. There was plenty of space more than enough restrooms outside was great for eating. It's close to a lot of different things, things that we toured enjoyed it a lot.

Wi-fi wasn’t great and not all tvs worked.main bathroom shower was a bit dirty but otherwise awesome property!! Would stay again!!

Home for Uncle with health issues

This property is amazing 👏 It is very clean & fully stocked with whatever you need. Nate was so wonderful to work with from booking to check out. We had an issue with the oven and he was there in less than an hour. We highly recommend this property

First time in Iowa

Our host Nate started off with communicating with us perfectly. Was very attentive to small request and easy to get in contact with. It w as easy to get inside the house. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. I will most definitely contact Nate again to stay in his lovely home. Perfect location for why we were visiting.

Clean and Cozy

This home is in a delightful neighborhood! Easy access to more than one grocery store and major traffic arteries on the NE side of town. Convenient to I-380, too! We can only hope it’s available the next time we visit the Cedar Rapids/Marion area!

It was a property that met all our needs for the family and dog. Only thing was I had to clean the refrigerator before shopping. But I do property management in Florida. That’s my number one thing is kitchen and bath cleaned. I gave it a five star. It also supplied things that we do not supply in rentals. Great location and quick response. Highly recommended. Would stay again.
