Perfect Tucson location! 1.3 miles to UofA, 9 minutes to downtown Tucson, and tons of great food choices nearby! Roof deck with day beds, couches, firepit, telescope, yoga mats, and relaxing views of the mountains and glorious Tucson sunsets! Large backyard is an entertainment hot spot with a hot tub, outdoor dining for 10, lounge areas, fire pit, tetherball, horseshoes, cornhole, darts, kerplunk, BBQ, and more! Indoor arcade. Huge kitchen with coffee bar, TV, barstools, and 10 person dining table. Four large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Just off Campbell Ave corridor which has tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within walking distance. Bike or walk along Mountain Ave to reach the University of Arizona.

The Space
First Floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, arcade, kitchen, office and laundry.
Second Floor - primary bedroom with one king bed, one queen bed and a small fold down sofa. Primary bedroom has a private bathroom.
Third Floor - large outside roof deck with table, chairs and lights.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the main property. The casita is rented separately. It is fenced off and is off limits to guests of the main house.

Other things to note
We kindly ask that children be supervised while using the hot tub and the roof deck for everyone's safety.

Guests should observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Peefect for Entire Family

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from UofA. Everything was great. Enough room for everyone, plenty of seats, the backyard was an additional great space to use. Would recommend to abyone looking for a place with a large family.

This is an amazing, classic Tucson Adobe home that has been beautifully modernized and expanded to include a huge kitchen/dining room, multiple seating areas, cozy office, and upstairs master bedroom. The home was spotless! Every light switch labeled. Kitchen fully stocked. Fantastic coffee station. Beds very comfortable. Very large backyard as well. Location near UA and downtown were very convenient for their wedding we attended. We have stayed at countless vacation rentals, and this is one of the very best.

Great Stay in Tucson

The house was very comfortable; we loved the open spaces and the ping-pong table got a lot of use. Overall, the house allowed us to relax in our downtime and that was very much appreciated. The neighborhood also seemed quiet and safe and we were able to get out for a walk or run for some exercise.

Amazing property

We just got back from Family Weekend at U of A, and stayed at this beautiful property. Everything about the home is perfect, from the comfortable and spacious rooms, enormous kitchen, beautiful backyard and rooftop deck. There was an awesome game room stocked with a ping pong table, tons of card games, etc and the kids loved it. It's rare to see a rental so immaculate.....there was not a speck of dust on any of the outdoor furniture and the interior was fantastic. The hostess was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and beyond flexible with us. We appreciated the stay and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

Samos is a quiet neighborhood, but it's close to all the action. Centrally located, 1 mile from the UfoA. 5 minutes to downtown. Walking distance to the Campbell Ave corridor with loads of restaurants, shopping, salons, coffee shops, and more. Great neighborhood for walking your dogs! Mountain Ave is exceptional for biking. Ideal spot!

This is one of the most unique homes in Tucson, and certainly in the area. Our roof deck offers a 360 degree unencumbered view of the city. Mountain views by day and city lights at night. It is a must see!
