This specific apartment happens to be one of my favorites because: 1. It's ultra easy to access. • This specific unit is very close to parking spaces. Bringing luggage and walking in from your vehicle is a breeze. In fact, its patio door can be accessed just a couple of feet from the front parking spaces, making it ideal for easy access. 2. Private ensuite baths and split floor plan • This apartment features a split floor plan, where both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the space. Both have their own private attached ensuite bathrooms. No more fighting over who gets to use the restroom first!
These apartments are gorgeously nestled in nature, with over 12 miles of recreational trails. It's part of a master-planned community with amenities designed to make you feel like you're on a year-round vacation. The entire apartment unit will be all yours, including your own patio. Shared spaces include stairwells, hallways, sidewalks, and all the fun amenities such as the saltwater pool, grilling area, cyber cafe, etc.
Important Note about Sleeping Arrangements: The listing displays a "guest count" of 6. It's okay to bring up to 8 guests, as long as they are approved and on your reservation roster. This apartment has two king mattresses and a futon sleeper sofa - meaning it can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests on traditional mattresses, and one on the futon.
Note: sheets are not provided for the futon - but we can provide them upon request.

There's even numerous mini playgrounds sprinkled around the miles of recreational trails - there is so much to explore that we honestly haven't likely turned every rock ourselves.

It’s a place where you can sip coffee in a luxury kitchen one moment, and be surrounded by birdsong and towering trees the next. It’s peaceful, pristine, and packed with comfort - offering the best of both convenience and serenity. We love how it allows guests to slow down, explore, and recharge without ever sacrificing the little luxuries that make a stay feel special.
This apartment is one of the most easily accessible in the entire apartment complex - its close proximity to the parking area and the building entrance makes it very easy to load and unload luggage. With this apartment, there's no need to spend minutes at a time navigating hallways and stairs - it's right on the first floor and close to everything!
Being on the end corner of the building means fewer shared walls and more windows. Its practical layout also features two supportive king size mattresses, each with their own private en suite bathrooms! To create additional sleeping room for extra guests, we also added a sleeper futon in the living room. It can comfortably sleep one individual, but two could possibly fit! It also has all LVP hardwood flooring throughout - no need to worry about carpet!
