We wanted to stay near my sister and it was a walk away. The place was as described, had new furniture, a comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen and was very quiet. The host we readily available for questions and concerns. Cozy and comfortable. Thanks for a great experience. Christmas decorations appreciated.

My son and I stayed here while I attended the National Senior Games here in DesMoines. We stayed four nights and will come back again if we are traveling in the area. Very affordable, quiet, cozy and clean. Antonio is a on site manager who is super nice and helpful. Loved everything about our stay!

The little apartment was so cute and well appointed. This apartment just has one little hiccup, the toilet is very low and the bathroom is very small, so if you have any problem with being able to get up from a very short toilet be aware. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, they even had coffee and coffee filters. That was a nice treat. Bring your own salt and pepper. The bed was very nice they were extra blankets and pillows, and plenty of towels. All in all it was a pleasant place to stay, and the manager on site was very kind.

Wonderful

This was for my brother and he absolutely loved it! Quiet, secure, clean and excellent for location to the interstate and greater Des Moines area. The host and manager were readily available if needed, kind friendly. I will recommend this and if I ever want to stay in Des Moines, this is where I’ll go

Clean nice place

Great clean little apartment worked perfect for us. Someone said furniture was not good and no hot water. We had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Furniture is comfortable. Bed is firm which I like.

So welcoming

It’s so nice we increased our stay! Warm cozy welcoming. Just the right size. Strong support from the property manager and host. Setting is private and exit / entry to the unit are secure. WELL worth the . I do not hesitate to recommend it

The only reason we didnt give 5 stars was because there was a strong smell that wasnt necessarily bad, but we were very sensitive to it and made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also an unexpected 9pm quiet hour limitation we werent expecting, but we were able to work around it. The bathroom was also very very small, and only one small mirror. But, everything else was awesome. Super clean, very comfortable bed, pillows, blankets and towels. There was plenty of extra soap and shampoo/conditioner and there was hot water for both of us to shower comfortably! It was a great place for us to catch up.on our rest between events.

First I would like to state that as far as getting the directions and entry it was good. The unit was clean and that is about all I can say that was good about it. The two couches were old and very hard to get in and out of. The bathroom was too small. The stool was too low. VERY LITTLE HOT WATER. We left a day early because the bed was so darn hard we both could not get comfortable to get a good night rest. I would like to get a day's refund but I doubt that will happen.
