This very special oceanfront property is accessible by a private road that winds around and leads you to a large custom-built home that is situated amongst beautiful gardens, a patio, a private beach, and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The well-appointed home is built to entertain and comfortably absorbs large groups in its many living spaces, inside and out: wonderful porches and an elegant outside patio with comfortable lounges and a gas fire pit. At the same time, it offers many private and intimate areas providing the opportunity to get away for time alone or in a small group. Many amenities including, bikes, boogie and paddle boards, beach chairs, and an outdoor sauna. There is also a full outdoor cooking/grilling station. The home comfortably sleeps 12+.


The first level has an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bar are all in one wonderful and comfortable space. Loads of seating with cushioned/pillowed benches which are built in around the perimeter of the room. The kitchen which has a large central island is fully equipped with anything you might need for meal preparation and serving. There is a separate coffee station and pantry that has most all necessary spices and essentials. The dining room's 13-foot table comfortably seats 16+ people with views through the front windows of the Atlantic Ocean.
The adjacent living room has additional comfortable couches, chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV that disappears into a hidden slot when not in use. The bar is fully equipped with a sink, ice maker, wine cooler, refrigerator, and its own seating so that the bartender never needs to be alone when mixing up any concoctions.
In the middle of this naturally lit living space is the front door that opens to a large covered front porch that offers space for dining and/or lounging in the couches and chairs while looking over the yard, and gardens towards the Ocean. It is a great spot to sip your coffee in the morning.

Inside on the second floor, you will find 6 bedrooms, a nursery,(crib and changing table), and 6 bathrooms. (5 full, 1 half). The primary bedroom, with its own private bath, has French doors that open to an upper deck that offers comfortable seating with couches and chairs (perfect for cocktails at sunset,) and looks down on the yard and patio below with the private beach and the Ocean just beyond. All bathrooms have been newly renovated and have the most up-to-date showers, toilets, and wash basins.

The lower level has a finished garage/game room with additional couch seating, a small kitchenette, refrigerator, smart TV, and a ping pong table. Four large garage doors open to let the outdoor airflow through the space as desired. There are also 2 super-size washers and dryers in a room off of the space. Just outside is an electric car, Tesla, charging station.

For home entertainment, in addition to the smart TVs, there is WiFi and a Sonos system that has speakers throughout the house, inside and out. For the barbecue enthusiast, just off the front porch, there is a full built-in outdoor cooking station with industrial gas grills, plenty of counter space, and a sink.

There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, sun umbrellas, several paddle boards, and boogie boards. And when you walk back up to the house, after a day on the beach, there is an outdoor shower for two, with two shower heads and controls. There are also some bikes that can be used to explore the adjacent neighborhood or ride down to the boat launch at the nearby pond. And if you like to ride a bike for a workout, enjoy the Peloton with an Ocean view. When you finish your workout you can really heat things up in the newly installed Sauna before cooling things down with a fresh dip in the Ocean.

You will also have access to all the benefits of a Quonochontaug Association membership which includes the use of tennis courts, pickleball courts, and admission to East and West Beach. The home is close to Watch Hill which provides a fun day excursion visiting shops and an occasional Taylor Swift spotting. On your way, you can swing into Quonnie Farms which grows and sells fresh produce, makes great sandwiches, has the best ice cream, and allows you to pick your own wildflowers. Across the street is the original Dave’s Coffee, a great stop for a latte and scone.

It’s an ideal spot and a beautiful setting to kick back, relax, and build new memories together with family and friends.
