Maison de plage confortable et familiale située sur une plage barrière entre l'étang de Green Hill et la plage de Charlestown. Profitez d'une vue sur l'eau à 360 degrés depuis le vaste emballage autour du pont. Dînez en plein air à l'avant avec vue sur l'océan ou à l'arrière avec le coucher du soleil et la vue sur l'étang de sel tranquille. Accès à Green Hill Pond via notre chemin privé de SUP ou de kayak. Great location, gorgeous beach

The location is the best. Beach goes for at least 1-1/2 miles east and west. Lovely sunrises and sunsets. We went at the end of October. Beautiful weather and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Our dogs had the best time, too.

Second time at this property

The location is perfect. Literally right at the beach. You can open the sliders and windows and hear the waves. House is at a dead end, so no through traffic. Peaceful and relaxing.

heaven on the rhode island coast.

this house is the ultimate beach vacation home. it's located right on the beach. the ocean is so close you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. on the back side you have beautiful views of a saltwater lake. there are views from every window. furthermore, there are two huge decks that take advantage of both views. the host were very welcoming and attentive.

Fantastic Beach Time!

Lynn and David were fabulous hosts. Lynn met us at the door and we felt right at home. We had my parents, several of my adult(ish) children, my husband and myself. We fit everyone very comfortably and the pictures do not do this home and stay justice. It was better than even than the pictures. If we weren’t buying a house down the street, we’d stay again. We will definitely recommend it to family as a place to stay when we can’t fit everyone.

Special sand and sunsets!

this is a special beach home, well cared for and well represented by listing. We had a lovely, quiet time - didn't matter if we had New England sun or clouds - even foggy days are lovely! Room layout is great for grandparents that stayed a few nights on first floor. Kitchen is fine - better condition than many rentals in the area - we have stayed at several in the past. This will be our first choice when we can! Thank you to the thoughtful owners for sharing this spot in paradise! Cheers!

Close to everything, but far enough away too.

The owners have done a great job of providing you with everything you need, without burying you in excess furniture/collectibles/etc. There's room for your stuff too! Large areas for family gatherings combined with quiet nooks for solitude and a good book. Back to front breezes and the sound of the waves add to the Zen. Don't change a thing!

Rejuvenating Ocean-viewing!

We spent a lovely 4 days here, and especially enjoyed the wide, spacious decks for ocean- and nature-preserve viewing. The sunsets and sunrises from all sides of the house were spectacular. We were also able to transport my Mom, who is mostly wheelchair bound, easily around the house due to the ramps and wrap-around deck. And falling asleep to the sound of the waves is paradise New England style! Lynn was communicative and available and answered all my questions, reassuring me that elderly can enjoy this home and get a good dose of sun and sea. We were all thrilled, and left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Stunning location

Lynn’s house is perfect for enjoying the crashing surf of the ocean on one side and the tranquil pond on the other. Watch the moon and sun rise over the ocean from the very comfy bed in the front, or be lulled by birdsong in the back. The quiet beach is great for long walks, and the pond for a serene paddle. With sliding doors front and back, we had the lovely sense of being inside and outside at once. We hope to return whenever we can.

Beach House

Perfect location for a family vacation! We could walk across the street to enjoy the ocean beach or walk out the back door to kayak on a pond or sit on the deck and watch the ocean waves. Excellent place for a relaxing family vacation.

Great Active Family Home

We spent loads of time kayaking and paddle boarding on the salt pond. The fire pit was a lovely evening activity with family and friends. Lots of things nearby for the kids to bike to and a quiet part of the beach to enjoy with dogs.

Water views everywhere you look!

Wonderful vacation and property. Lynn is a perfect host. She answered all my questions quickly and made our stay so enjoyable. My kids loved being able to use the kayaks and SUP on the pond side. They also enjoyed the fire pit. Access to the beach couldn't be easier and is just a few feet from the house. Loved taking long walks on the beach and watching sunsets on the back deck. I've rented a lot of beach houses over the years and I think this one is my favorite!

Excellent Stay- Great Location

We just completed our stay with our adult children and grandchildren. We all had a great stay. You couldn't ask for a better location with beach literally outside the front. If that wasnt enough, out back is a path to the salt pond where they have kayaks and paddle boards to use. I can't say enough good things. Lynn was a great host and was always available to help if we needed anything. We didn't want to leave. We'll be back, I hope

Oceanside Gem

The property is ON the beach. It is a private beach and could-not -be-beat in terms of family fun. The property has a nice sandy backyard and outdoor shower. And, on the back of the property is a Lake with paddle boards and kayaks and makes the whole vacation a ocean & lake home run.

Perfect Location for a Family Getaway .

This a lovely place with great ocean views and just steps away from the water. The kids had the BEST time and loved the kids Bunk room and loft . Perfect for families with children. My 12 year old said verbatim, “this was the best week of my life”. Road is quite so the kids could ride their bikes down for ice cream at the public beach without and issue . The one down side is that the home has no air conditioning . It is loaded with screen doors which works on the warm , breezy days but no so great on the rainy ones . Overall we would 100% book again

Perfect Location

We stayed for a week as a family of 4. We have young kids and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Being able to easily walk across the road to the beach, or out back to paddleboard / kayak made our lives infinitely easier. Lynn is a lovely host and truly cares that you have a nice vacation. We would definitely try to visit again!!

We are a family with 4 sons and have been coming to this beach since we bought the house in 2012. In 2014 we purchased the property next door and built another home which we use year round. We continue to use the original house but thought we should try renting it when we weren't using it. We were nervous at first but we’ve met some terrific people in the ensuing years so it was a win/win. In my opinion we have the most amazing location. We love it and know you will too!

My husband and I are both from large families and use the beach house as a gathering place to connect with friends and family. It's been a life changing purchase.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is unique- it is very private. The ocean is in front of the house and Green Hill Pond is in the rear. There is close to half a mile of undeveloped land beyond our house and the beach is private in both directions. Your own private oasis.
