This property is centrally located to many South County Beaches and summer attractions including Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters Beach. Beach passes are included with this rental and the passes are good for both Charlestown and Blue Shutters.

The unbelievable grounds include an artistically pleasing in-ground heated pool that is perfectly situated to soak in the view. A hot tub and fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, is also found at this exquisite vacation home. The large patio surrounding the pool includes a table that seats 6, a porch swing, free standing umbrella for shade and 2 lounge chairs. There are also three decks off the main level that all have breathtaking views of the manicured landscape, horizon, sunrises and sunsets. The deck facing the ocean holds a gas grill and a table that seats 6.

The interior of this home is just as fantastic as the exterior! Natural sunlight is found throughout along with ductless central air to stay cool. The main floor includes the kitchen, pantry, washer & dryer, living room, dining room (table seats 8), half bath, and master bedroom en-suite. The living room has a flat screen TV and 2 large comfortable couches. Off the living room is the master bedroom en-suite that has a queen size bed, 2 swivel chairs, 2 nightstands, desk, walk-in closet, and a private deck. The master bathroom features a large corner tub, double vanity, and a shower-stall.

The lower level includes the other two bedrooms, full bath, garage and a quaint peaceful sunroom. One of the bedrooms holds a queen size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a large closet. The other bedroom has 2 queen size beds, dresser, nightstand, chair, TV, and a closet. All of the bedrooms including the master, have ceiling fans. There is a full bathroom on this level that has a tub and shower combo.

There is an observatory, loft space on the third floor that looks out for miles! This space has 4 chairs and a wet bar. Great space for peace and quiet or an afternoon cocktail.

Secondary refrigerator, 4 beach chairs, 2 coolers and pool floats are available for guest use.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
