Bring your boat and come relax, play, and watch amazing sunsets from this 4 bedroom / 2 bath house. This home has four spacious bedrooms - 3 bedrooms have king beds, the fourth one has a queen sized bed. All the bedrooms have smart TV's. There is even an upstairs loft, that has a daybed. Perfect place to let the children sleep and play! Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, with easy walk in access to shower. Both bathrooms have been updated with new showers and vanities. The living area has plenty of seating, along with a huge 60" smart TV. The living room opens up to a giant trex deck, where you can relax, enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset. There is a huge backyard for children to run and play! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, nice large bar for gatherings. The spacious deck leads to the boat dock, where you can dock your boat and access the sound for fun on the water or catching the catch of the day! There is a fish cleaning station located on the dock with access into the water. The dock has lighting for night fishing. There is an outdoor shower located under the house. Under the house there is extra seating, when you need a break from the sun and want a nice cool breeze! Plenty of parking - this home can accommodate up to 4 cars. The property also has 3 security cameras for your protection, 1 at front door, 2 at back deck, and the 3rd is located under house. The boat lift can accomodate a 20foot boat ,but no larger, wet weight for the lift is 8000 pounds. there is also an outside elevator for someone who may need assistance getting into the property. Also as mentioned there is an extra lot next to the house for parking your boat trailer which I own.
