The chef’s kitchen at Oasis is a dream, featuring a new island with seating for four and top-of-the-line appliances, including a gas stove. The eat-in dining area offers seating for six and provides amazing views of the pool and the lake—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a family meal. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a full dinner, the kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate your needs and make hosting a breeze.

Just steps away, the open-concept living room boasts large windows that offer stunning views of the pool, dock, and newly installed beach. Relax on the comfy new couches while enjoying a movie or the game on the large 72" TV. Adjacent to the living area is the formal dining room, where a large table with seating for 10 ensures everyone can gather together for meals and conversation.

The main level of the home also includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly configured en suite bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower that includes a rain shower head and a separate sauna. For a truly relaxing experience, crank up the heat in the sauna for some quiet, rejuvenating time alone.

The remaining two bedrooms on the main level share a hall bath and feature a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively.

An additional upper level has been added to the home, creating a spacious open room that features three queen beds, a cozy seating area, and a full bath. This area is perfect for teens or young adults who want their own space to relax and unwind, though it’s first come, first served!

The lower level is an entertainer’s dream. It features a full kitchen with all-new appliances, a small desk area for checking emails, and a comfortable sitting area with a couch, two chairs, and another 72" TV, perfect for kids to enjoy Netflix or play on the gaming console. The lower level also offers two bedrooms: a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds—perfect for kids to “camp out” together! There’s also a full and half bath on this level, ensuring everyone’s comfort.

The garage has been converted into a fantastic new game room, complete with a ping pong table, a love seat, and a full-size refrigerator—ideal for storing snacks and drinks for all the fun you'll have.

If you choose the pool area, you’ll find an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with a grill, stove, fridge, and dishwasher—everything you need to complete your meal while enjoying the surroundings. To stay cool on warm days, a large industrial-size fan keeps the air fresh. Alternatively, turn on the screen porch fireplace and relax on the large sectional or lounge chairs while watching the sunset. The kitchen area also includes games like corn hole and life-size Connect Four for some friendly competition. Plus, a large TV is set up for watching the big game while overlooking the lake. A half bath in this area ensures that guests have everything they need close by.

Finally, let’s not forget that Oasis is a lake house! Head down to the large, multi-level dock, where you'll find all the lake toys you could need: a kayak, paddleboard, and life jackets for everyone. **Home Truths:**
- For boat rentals, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay.
- The screen porch fireplace is available for usage with fire wood provided.
- Spices/Oils, Etc: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The kitchen table seats 10.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Indoor fireplaces are NOT for guest use.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

Parking Details:
Maximum of 7 cars allowed onsite.
No parking on the grass or street.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
