Step into the lap of luxury in this stunning home nestled within a charming, family-friendly neighborhood. With breathtaking views of the majestic Rocky Mountains and the iconic sugar factory towers of Loveland's Historic district, this home offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and urban nostalgia. Immerse yourself in the rustic charm of mountain living with its dark wood accents and elegant stone details, all while enjoying ample living space. Experience the ultimate "cabin vibes" without compromising on comfort and style.

Upon entering Big Green, you are welcomed by a stunning, two-story stone fireplace and hardwood hickory floors that provide a timeless elegance throughout the home. The living room is ready for your movie nights with an incredibly comfortable LoveSac sectional and LoveSac bean bag chair, high-end SONOS speaker, smart TV, and Roku, so your streaming needs are at your fingertips.

The open-concept living area is ideal for entertaining. The large dining area leads into the outdoor oasis that is the backyard of Big Green. All the bells and whistles come with this property! From the fantastic outdoor living room patio furniture and gas fire pit to the outdoor flat screen TV, Blackstone Griddle, and of course… the HOT TUB! This property provides a perfect setting to enjoy Colorado in every season!

The kitchen features a five-burner gas stove & granite counters, perfectly appointed and stocked for your cooking needs. Coffee and tea are provided as an additional perk!

The luxurious primary bedroom features a King bed with The Purple Mattress® mattress. Another flat-screen TV is ready for those who want to linger in bed just a little longer! The ensuite bath includes a double sink vanity & an elegant shower with river rock stone and a rain shower head.

A beautiful powder bath and large laundry room supplied with a washer, dryer, and complimentary laundry soap. Private parking and storage are available in the spacious 3-car garage.

On the upper level, the loft has a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi and a mesh system throughout the house, so you have fast connections for work and entertainment. The second King bedroom features a hotel premier mattress and another flat-screen TV. In the third bedroom, you will find a spacious queen bed.

The 4th bedroom offers all the fun! With a twin bed and trundle for an additional sleepers, plus a changing table, variety of provided diapers, and basic baby amenities, the kids can have their own space and you have the ease of parenting with the things you're used to!

A large bathroom with a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combination round out the upper level.

Located in the heart of Loveland, Big Green is just a few blocks from the best restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and nightlife! You are also incredibly close to all of the fantastic recreation options, from hiking at Devil’s Backbone, paddle boarding, and fishing at Boyd Lake State Park, playing pickleball at the nearby Sunnyside Park, to biking downtown on the Loveland Bike Path and grabbing a beer at one of the many local breweries - the opportunities to enjoy the day are endless!

With its perfect location in Northern Colorado, all of the best parts of Colorado are just a hop, skip, and jump from Big Green. Take the picturesque mountain drive up the Big Thompson Canyon (keep your eyes peeled for the friendly locals like the Big Horned Sheep and Elk) 30 miles up to Estes Park to enjoy one of the nation’s most beautiful mountain landscapes, Rocky Mountain National Park and the famed Long’s Peak! In the Summer and Fall, spend the day hiking in some of the most pristine mountain sceneries in the US, and in Winter and Spring, go snowshoeing, skiing, or sledding! Whatever the season or activity, you can finish the day with a soak in the hot tub at Big Green!

For your convenience, Big Green is minutes from Sprouts grocery store, Scheel’s, Centerra shopping area, Medical Center of the Rockies, and I-25! Suppose you need to travel a little further; Fort Collins is 20 minutes away with more great amenities, shopping, restaurants, and famed breweries. Denver is less than an hour away, and DIA is a 40-minute drive.

Family-Friendly House!

This house was perfect for our family of 8! It was very clean and all of the kids toys kept our youngest kiddos very happy. There was also room for everyone to spread out which gave our older kids space to relax. The house is in a great location in Loveland and the drive to Fort Collins is also very manageable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Nice getaway location

We picked this house for the perks of the fireplace and hot tub. Both were excellent. We were delighted that this house is in a nice location with easy access to neighboring towns. It was a lovely and very comfortable place to relax.

Alyssa was super easy to communicate with and very flexible. The house was exactly as described. Everything is labeled and organized very well with signs throughout the house. It is a very well-maintained home with comfortable beds and great touches and finishes for families. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great family friendly stay!

We visited Loveland to visit family and it was the perfect house for us! Our family of 4 and 2 grandparents were very comfortable. My 8yr old boy who is train obsessed LOVED the fact that there was the old sugar mill/factory with train still in use! I was worried we would hear it often but we did not. Was a happy surprise! The only thing I wish was there that was not - black out curtains! We were on vacation and hoping to sleep in but the only way we and our kids don't wake up with the sun is with better shade. Other than that lovely property, would definitely stay there again.
