REQUIREMENTS:

No parties allowed, no smoking and no pets.
Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

Please note that you will need to sign a separate rental agreement and provide a valid copy of a Government issued photo ID, Passport or Drivers License before the reservation is considered complete and confirmed. We make it easy to sign this electronically and make it easy for you to take a picture with your phone to send a copy of your ID.

RESORT PASS:
✨ All guests' names need to be registered in the gate system ONLY for Windsor Island Resort.
✨ Resort pass sharing is not allowed. Unregistered guests must vacate the property.

POOL HEATER:
✨ Additional charge of $35 per night.
✨ The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.
✨ Pool and spa heat DOES NOT work at the same time. This means if pool heater is on, spa heat is off. If spa heat is turned on , the pool heater turns off.
✨ Pool cleanings are scheduled every week, so you might see our pool staff during your stay.
✨ It will run from 9am-9pm, set to 88ºF. We recommend pool heat from October through March.
✨ Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When weather goes below 60 degrees, pool heat might not reach the desired temperature and would not be able to be refunded if added.

GRILL RENTAL:
✨ BBQ Grill Rental is $95 per week.
✨ Let us know at-least a week in advance if you would like for us to arrange for the grill rental.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
✨ Check-in time : 4 PM
✨ Check-out: 10 AM

SECURITY:
✨ Windsor Island is a gated community with 24 Hour Security
✨ For property and guest safety, we have external cameras in the premises.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
✨ Community has daily trash collection.
✨ Trash must be bagged in kitchen trash bags, otherwise it will be rejected by trash collection workers.
✨ NO loose trash in the outside trash bin.

PACKAGE DELIVERY:
✨ You may send packages to the home during your stay.
✨ USPS does not deliver, only UPS and FEDEX.
✨ We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages.
