About our place

This charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with an ocean view is in the beautiful Champagne Island Resort . Recently renovated to give you a “home away from home atmosphere”. Brand new queen sofa bed and a queen in each bedroom, this condo will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals, seasonal indoor and outdoor dining is available on the premises. You can enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise over the inlet from the balcony!

Your stay includes access to the pool and 1 parking space. Linens for each bed are included along with towels. You can also choose to bring all your own towels and linens, requires all queen size sets. Free WiFi and a smart TV in each room . Personalized Smart lock code provided prior check in .

Our unit is located above the Flip Flopz Bar and Grill offering Lunch, Dinner and live entertainment on select nights. You can also enjoy restaurant and drink services poolside TikkiBar while enjoying the Ocean View. DJ entertainment is offered on weekend and on holidays and special events

It sits on the corner of Olde New Jersey Avenue and Spruce Avenue in the entertainment district of beautiful North Wildwood New Jersey.You will be within walking distance to The Inlet, Tacos and Tequila, The North End, The Elks Club, Keenan's Irish Pub, Curran's Irish Pub, Exit 0, as well as the Anglesea Pub. You will have front row entertainment for many festivals such as the infamous Irish Festival, Mummer's Weekend, Bonfire on the Beach, Trunk or Treat Halloween celebration, and many Christmas and New Year's festivities. You will also be able to enjoy the Food Truck events throughout the summer. North Wildwood offers year-round activities with Easter weekend being the kick-off the summer season and special events.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was clean, and just as it was pictured. Beds were comfortable, pleantly of space as well. Helen the property owner was amazing to work with, very fast at replying. Would absolutely book again!

Great location for adults

Loved this condo and the location . The owner was great to work with very attentive and answered questions quickly. Place was very clean worked well for our family of 4 ( 2 sons in their 20’s) they loved the location to inlet beach and bars of North Wildwood. Since condo is located over a bar there is music playing in the evening but was able to fall asleep with no issues. Would stay again

Super Shore Stay

Awesome location for North Wildwood stay. Easy access to seawall, short walk to First Street Beach, local establishments with live music, easy in-and-out parking spot, and balcony with ocean view. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Laundromat short drive away.

Such a perfect spot

This is a lovely condo- freshly decorated, clean and a view of the ocean from the balcony. The owners are very friendly and available for questions. We enjoyed the pool which Flip Flopz serves food and drinks so you can just relax. They also had DJed music in the afternoon. The location is perfect in N Wildwood- a quieter end of town with access to the seawall for walking/running and right around the corner you can enjoy restaurants and bars, bike, and walk or drive to the boardwalk if you like. I would recommend this condo for 2 couples or a small family. Thank you, Deanna & Helen for a wonderful stay!
