The perfect home for our girls' getaway for a 50th birthday. The house was so clean and comfortable, and styled really nicely! Plenty of space for all of us to relax, get ready, and enjoy a meal together. Close to downtown TC and Sutton's Bay. We loved it and will definitely book again!

We had the most wonderful stay in this home. It was just as described and even better than pictured. We loved the location and the whole house filtered water was a nice touch that we didn’t even know we needed! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great house for a family-winery getaway

We hosted our family at this house and it suited us perfectly. Plenty of space for 8 adults and our 4-month old granddaughter. Tons of amenities and a great location, just north of TC. The house makes for a perfect retreat with access to TC and both peninsulas. We enjoyed the sunrise views and evenings at the fire pit. The hosts are very attentive and made sure that our stay went well. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation. Thanks for everything!

The host was very prompt and communicative and addressed issues in a timely manner. We loved the space that the house provided for our entire family. We enjoyed the fireplace the great room, the kitchen, the dining.The two bedrooms with king beds were wonderful. But the queen bed was not usable. It was far too hard to sleep on. The other room with the bunkbeds were very uncomfortable in the bed was super squeaky that any move you made during the night it made noises.The bathrooms were great. The playroom in the basement was wonderful.The kitchen was really nice, but the oven and stove top were excessively dirty. The house itself was not very clean and when you’re paying the amount that you pay for a cleaning fee, the expectation that the house would be clean is not unusual. Overall, though we certainly enjoyed our stay and it was a beautiful home and a great view!

Modern, spacious home with beautiful views!

This home is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend booking it for the perfect getaway. The host is extremely kind, reasonable, and communicative. I had zero issues getting ahold of him, even over the weekend. The house sits on a private road at the top of a hill overlooking the lake. The amenities are modern and updated, and the house is very well put together. For 10 of us, there was plenty of space and we were spread out on all three floors. We didn't have children, but there were plenty of play areas and toys for kids of all ages. I would 100% go back to Traverse City just to stay in this house!

6 star experience!

Wish we could give this place 6 stars! My family and I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The home is very spacious and the rooms are arranged perfectly. Everything is new/renovated, clean and very well organized. The furniture and beds were great. Great for little kids with a really cute play nook in the basement. Also great for adults as the kids stuff is all organized and tucked away. The kitchen is well stocked with quality drink-ware, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, appliances - everything you would need to make a meal. The home had everything (and more) available for a very comfortable stay. The view of the water is unbeatable! We loved watching the sunrise every morning. The grounds are well kept and the outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Truly a 6 star experience.
