Charming beach villa in one of the most desirable areas of Montecito. Steps away from the beautiful Miramar beach surf point & short drive to Rincon beach. Adjacent to 5 star Rosewood Miramar resort, the convenience is unmatched. 5 homes in this historic compound. Rent 1 or several villas w/ friends! Coast Village, restaurants & shopping 3 min away as well as downtown, SB’s zoo, pier & State street. Private parking, gated entry. Tropical gardens & plenty outdoor space, fire pit. Pets ok! The beachHouse property is next-door to the Rosewood Miramar Resort where you can walk over for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have cocktails on the beach while watching the sunset. You were also located in one of the best surf spots in California and one of the most beautiful locations of Montecito, which rivals anywhere in the world for it’s beautiful mountains and beaches. Stroll out of the beach compound and walk along the shore for over miles of the sandy beaches all the way to downtown Santa Barbara Pier! ⭐️ rent one beach home or several with family and friends. Ask for a tour of the 5 homes on site and if available we are happy to show you. Private home The laundry is shared with our other beach villas in the same compound but it is located in a separate outhouse next door so you walk over 10 feet from your yard if u wish to wash anything. I am available for questions, tourist info, favorite spots in town. I am five minutes away and happy to be of service! Heart of Montecito Walking distance to the beach, resort and coast village. Car for zoo and downtown. Comes with boogie boards, reading loft with twin sized cot bed (marked as a single on this site) filtered water, great outdoor couch and chairs, gas stove and oven, BBQ, in door and outdoor dining tables, bar stools for eating, and lots of space to spread out.

Filthy + Disappointing

Four of us were meant to stay here for the weekend for a special event. When we arrived the beds were not made (as in someone had slept in them) and were not washed (you could see body imprints on the pillows and bedding. The bathroom and kitchen were filthy and there was trash in all of the trashcans. I promptly told the property management that we would not be staying at the property as all of the guest had had a long day of traveling before check-in. We instead booked a hotel at great expense so that we could end our long day. The management offered to clean the unit after our check-in time (in the dark, assuring a rushed job) and we opted to move on to the hotel. To top it all off, after a mistake on the managements end -- not cleaning and preparing the unit for our arrival, the management has the audacity to bill us for a night of the stay, though we did not stay at the property either night. When there is an agreed upon service and the agreement is not met, payment is not made. It is very simple.
