Great place to stay. Very comfortable and the location makes for easy walks to town and beach. Also, very easy access to freeway. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home, close to area attractions

The house is quite nice with a large living room, a bright and well-equipped kitchen, and 2 nice sized bedrooms. We enjoyed walking the few blocks to the business area where there were several restaurants, wine merchants, and shops. Pavillions, a good sized grocery store is a bit of a walk or an easy drive, and had everything we needed for our brief stay. Kerry was communicative and welcoming. During our stay, we hiked, went to the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, shopped and ate in SB and went to the old, but still operating SB Courthouse. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

As advertised. Excellent accommodation and really great location. Butterfly beach is a fascinating place for walking and watching the whole neighborhood exercising their amazing variety of dogs. The bike/walking path next to tai Warner’s estate is the most beautiful display of flora we have found anywhere in our many trips to the Santa Barbara area. We spent 3 weeks here and really enjoyed it. Kerry and Geonine are very easy to work with. Mike and Linda Bigley

Home away from home

I would highly recommend, the only complaint I have was our stay was too short. It's a perfect location, the home had all the amenities we needed. We brought our 11 year old blind dog and the back yard was so perfect for him. I hope to come back again.

Amazing Montecito Getaway

My wife and I were having our condo renovated and needed a place to stay for three weeks. We happen to stumble across this beautiful home. The owners Kerry and Geonine are the sweetest and most accommodating folks ever. I highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation

The property is exactly as described. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. And easy access to downtown Montecito. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The owners were upstairs but have a separate driveway and entry to their home. We saw them twice during our one week stay (very briefly). Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach getaway

Great property, close to the beach and restaurants, both walking distance. Close to the Zoo also! Got away from the heat of the valley for a nice cooler weekend.

Montecito

This location is perfectly located between the beach and the charming downtown, both 5 min walk. We had a very nice relaxing stay. This home was very clean and we had plenty of room for three adults and a tiny pup.

Comfort & Hospitality with neighborhood charm

Our family loves staying at this perfectly appointed property and have stayed here twice now with plans on returning . What is special about it is the spaciousness and nicely decorated rooms including very comfortable beds and linens . The kitchen is stocked with all one needs to barbecue in the shaded back yard on elegant patio furniture . It’s a 4 min walk to beautiful Butterfly Beach and 10 min walk to Montecito’s farmers market . When staying here you really feel like a local nestled in a quite charming neighborhood . I would highly recommend this property

Montecito

This was perfect for my husband and me and our dog. The little patio was nice )though it didn’t get much use with 4 days of rain). Liked being able to walk to the ocean and Montecito Village. It had everything we needed.

Great Location

Very close to village and waterfront; a near perfect location. If train noise disturbs you then look elsewhere, as this place is half a block from the tracks. Large living room, but in need of an update on one couch. Some rooms are a bit dark. Second bedroom has twin beds and is small. Owner has unit above rental so you don’t have a stand alone house. Never met the owner, but he was quick to comply with requests. I would probably rent again.

Best Location in Santa Barbara/Montecito Area!

The owners were generous and cordial from the start! I emailed them with questions and get a quick reply. Check in was easy and the owners stayed to themselves, upstairs, in their completely separate flat. They park and enter in back, whereas guest park and enter in front. The house is beautiful and has everything one would need on vacation, including beach chairs and towels. The beach and the town of Montecito were short, easy walks from opposite directions. The highways and thoroughfares were very close, making the drive to Santa Barbara, the Mission, the Wharf, etc., quick and simple. This will be our go-to home away from home from now on. Also, we ordered gourmet meals from Chef Edie Robertson, who also gets 5 stars in every catagory.

Wonderful Choice in Montecito

What a delightful place in a prime Montecito location! The owners, who couldn’t be nicer, have done a beautiful job—the furnishings were elegant, the linens were luxurious, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The backyard was where we spent much time in ideal weather. This is a happy place, and we hope to return for another stay soon!

Great Location in Montecito

Great stay. Listing is accurate, 5 minute walk to Butterfly Beach, 10 minute walk to Montecito restaurants. Property is the ground floor of a house and the owners are upstairs but totally separate entrances. Owners were very helpful and assisted with delivery of an unplanned FedEx, but you can hear them walking around, though it wasn’t a problem for me. Train is close by, but not a negative as the whistle doesn’t blow after 10pm, is very infrequent and moves on quickly. Very clean property but the location is the main selling point if you are looking for walking in Montecito, and the beach in Santa Barbara is also an easy morning walk. Small backyard very convenient for my dog and a nice afternoon read. I would definitely stay here again.
