Enjoy this cozy tropical bungalow in the heart of Montecito. Easy walking to local shops and restaurants, this bungalow is also less than a mile up the road from Butterfly and Miramar beaches. Inside you'll find a styled living space with upscale furnishings, large smart TV and fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, unlimited coffee and teas, fresh linens & bedding, soaps and other amenities. There's also an outdoor shower and a private patio in the front to lounge the day away. This private hedged-in bungalow has everything you'll need for your getaway.

The property was clean, cozy, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a weekend in Santa Barbara. The owner was very responsive but also respected our privacy. Conveniently located near the Village with shops, restaurants and a grocery store.

Beautiful cottage in Montecito

What a beautiful quaint property. Our stay was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. A quick car or uber ride to downtown Santa Barbara and very close to Montecito shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pat!

Perfect in all respects

Wonderful accommodations overlooking Miramar Beach. We wished we could stay indefinitely! 10-minute walk to shops & dining on Coast Village Road, and 5-minute walk to Rosewood Miramar. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, great property and support

Neighborhood is perfect and Pat support is awesome. The only suggestion for improvement is appliance. If the customers are not planning to make some meal during the stay. this will be perfect place to stay. The appliance, refrigerator, cook stove, kettle are all quite old - which I have concern to use during our stay.Just a suggestion for the owner. Otherwise, it is perfect. Thanks,

My daughter and I got to have a mother daughter weekend trip at this property which was so quaint. It's decorated adorably. I love the outdoor seating with beautiful landscape. I had my morning walk around the area. The nearby homes are stunning, and the neighboring trees are magical. Even got to chat with a welcoming neighbor walking his dog. Very close to lots of stores and shopping.
