The condo is located in the Captains Quarters, Starboard Building. It has endless views across Broad Creek. Fireworks every Tuesday night in season can be seen from your balcony. Live music on Thursdays and nightly at restaurants in season and year round beauty, bike rides and walks.

The space:
KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen with plenty cookware, utensils, dishes and flatware.

BEDROOM - king master bed, bathroom with two sinks and walk in shower. Additionally, Murphy bunk beds are located in second sleeping/dining area and pull out couch in the living room.

OTHER
*We provide beach chairs and umbrella, beach wagon, beach towels, coolers, and beach and water toys
* We have a Keurig machine and provide coffee pods as well as basic kitchen supplies
* We provide a pack and play and high chair if you travel with young children
*Fuse ball coffee table is fun for kids and adults. Plenty of games
*Laundry room with full washer and dryer in unit; detergent pods provided

There are caddy's behind the elevator, just walk back. This will help you get everything up easy.

POOL - The complex has a pool and hot tub accessible through a code. Pool and hot tub are located next to your building. There are bathrooms at the pool.

GETTING AROUND
* Your stay includes the privileges of the beach at Palmetto Dunes. I provide one pass to get into Palmetto Dunes. You can ride the Dunes Buggy in season to get to the beach (late March- Labor Day).
*The community has many stores including a Kroger and seven restaurants.
*Charters, bikes, water rentals are a few steps away, walk out your front door and there is a gate to the left that walks out to the rentals, charters, restaurants, shops. Rent a pontoon boat with the family, or take a jet boat tour driving your own jet boat.

Note: Parental supervision is required on outside deck , pool, and hot tub. Always lock windows for safety if children are in the house, they are low to the floor.
