As soon as you walk in through the foyer you are greeted by an impressive, expansive great room with 20ft ceilings where you can entertain your family and friends! Gather around the wood burning stove, take in the beautiful forest views from the large picture windows, or cuddle up for a movie night in front of the 75” QLED TV- there’s ample room for all!

Take in the sunshine and the sounds of the Sandy River, soak up the fall breeze, cuddle up and watch the snowflakes, or listen to the rain and enjoy forest bathing on one of the three patios or upstairs balcony, outfitted with picnic tables and seating. Or you can kick back and relax in one of five spacious and comfortable bedrooms. With three king, two queen, two full and two twin-sized beds, there's ample room for up to 16 guests. The adults will appreciate the elegant and minimalist way that the bedrooms are decorated, while the kids will love the opportunity to have their own decked-out “bunk room” (no bunkbeds 😊) complete with toys and books.

The home has four bathrooms in total, each including a shower (one shower/tub combo). Each bathroom vanity is filled with bathroom essentials and soft fluffy towels for each guest.

Just a short walk up the stairs to the second level will take you to two loft areas. The first is a cozy, intimate lounge area with 75” QLED TV- this is a great area for a catnap, a movie, or a game! The second is an expansive game room, where you can challenge your family and friends to a friendly game of billiards, ping pong, or shuffleboard on our brand-new tables!

The first-floor master bedroom is especially luxurious. Wake up to forest views through the patio doors, providing you with direct access to the brand-new hot tub. A walk-in closet and large en-suite bathroom top off this grand room. The large en-suite bathroom has a dual sink vanity and huge walk-in shower. After a long day on the mountain, the best thing to do is rejuvenate yourself and relieve your muscles. And what better way than with a nice sweat session in the sauna in the master bathroom- with room for 6, you'll feel invigorated and ready to take on another day.

The mudroom on the main floor is the perfect landing place for all your hiking, biking, skiing and snowboarding gear- with ample storage and hanging space, as well as a sink, washing machine and dryer, you’ll have everything you need to keep you feeling oh so fresh and clean during your stay.

Most of life happens around the table so we understand the importance of a fully operable kitchen. The beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops has every tool you need to help create lasting memories including: a toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, slow cooker, blender, rice maker, hand mixer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and the necessary kitchen tools needed to help you prepare all your favorite meals. We also hope you spend your holidays with us, so we’ve stocked our kitchen with large serving plates, bowls, wine glasses, coffee mugs, BBQ utensils, steak knives and more to ensure your serving needs are covered. Pull up a seat at the breakfast bar with room for four, or pull up to the large, solid wood dining table with room for 12. The adjoining living/dining room will bring the warmth of family into the space, not to mention warmth from the indoor wood-burning stove.

We understand that most guests won't want to leave the home at all but don't miss out on a chance to take in a forest bath, listen to the songbirds and watch the clouds pass along on the mountainside on one of our four outdoor spaces. With a brand-new hot tub, brand new Weber grill, fire pit, tree swings and house, there’s so much to explore right outside your door! Plus, a five-minute walk takes you a hidden gem: the entrance of a short out and back trail to a beach on the Sandy River. No matter where you are or what you're doing, this mountain home will leave you feeling refreshed and serene.
