Pines A-104 is centrally located near the base of the mountain, near the grocery stores, and right on the free bus route that will take you to the mountain or downtown Steamboat!

This cozy one-bedroom condo comes with everything you need to make this your dream Steamboat Vacation.

Enter the condo just steps from the parking lot with no stairs required to reach the front door. In the entryway, you will find a closet to hang all of your gear and a mat for your shoes and boots. Off the entryway is the living room and kitchen.

The living room has a beautiful wood-burning fire place, a new sectional couch, a table for two, and a flat screen TV with Xfinity cable and streaming services.

Off the living room is a nice patio with two chairs to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home and cook all of your favorite meals. Along with two bar seats for additional seating.

Past the living room and kitchen is the bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room with a free washer and dryer, and laundry detergent provided.

The bedroom has a king size Sleep Number mattress, so you are able to get a great nights sleep before a day on the slopes.

After a long day skiing/snowboarding, come back to the wood-burning fireplace, cozy couch, and flat screen TV to relax. Don`t forget to enjoy a soak in the community hot tub just steps away from your front door.
