This was a great location for a charming walk to restaurants, brewery, shops, Forsyth Park. It was easy access to everything in Savannah. The bedrooms were spacious. Be forewarned that if you're short, you won't be able to get into the bed in the front room or see in the bathroom mirrors. :)

Kitchen was fully equipped. The cottage is not luxurious. It is adequate, clean, and the 2 baths is a plus. Liked the closeness to Forsyth Park. We walked everyday to local eating venues. A good value for the money. Parking is manageable.

Property was super cute. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a four night stay. Great, quick communication with the host. We had a rental car and were able to park on the street directly in front of the house.

Never really spoke with the host. Unit was not what we expected from listing. Very old, not so much dirty as old unit was definitely transformed from an older building with minimal “expense”. Would stay there again, but probably not recommend to friends or family.

The beds , all of them were broken down. No outlets in bathrooms . No ice maker . Elec in first room had wires showing. Coffee maker broke down . At least I had a place to sleep like the city and all the people were friendly thank you

Just as pictured! 3 bedrooms, and another sleeper sofa. Perfect for our group. Parking was available on the street with no issues. The host responded to any questions I had right away. All in all, this was a great stay.

I will start with the positives that the host was extremely quick to help with the issues that we had with the property and any questions prior to our stay, it is also a fantastic location. However it is in serious need of a deep clean and renovation. Panels on the ceiling are falling in, it is very dark and dingy, kitchen cupboards were dirty inside, beds sounded and looked like they were going to fall apart if you even moved an inch. Hairs in the towels and sheets which was offered to be changed as soon as I mentioned this but we were already unpacked and it would have been too much hassle for us with young kids. For the price we paid I would have expected it to at least be clean and liveable. For a group of friends visiting Savannah for a weekend I would imagine this to be the perfect place, but not for a family with young kids.

Very comprehensive in terms of what is provided, everything we needed was available. While it was not modern, could use some updating, everything was usable and clean. Felt like a home. Enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood.
