This newly renovated home on Lake Wylie sleeps 12 and offers the perfect mix of beauty, rest, and play. It's a hidden gem down a gravel road leading to a private peninsula. The home has 3 levels of unobstructed lake views, a boat dock, an outdoor shower, an office, a bunk room, a game room and spacious yard w/ fire pit. Relax, unwind and enjoy this unique lakefront property with your whole family, located just 25 miles from the Charlotte Airport. Available for both short and long term renters.

THE SPACE
We've renovated our beautiful home to make the inside just as compelling as the outside! The bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen are designed for peace, rest, and relaxation. The bottom floor game room features ping pong and foosball tables, a gas fireplace, and a large tv with ample, comfortable seating. The spacious lakefront yard includes an outdoor shower, dock, lake toys, stand up paddle boards, corn hole, a fire pit, and kayaks, inviting unlimited play, adventure and fun. This home is light, spacious, and can easily accommodate two families.

GUEST ACCESS
All guests have full access to the home, garage, yard and dock. We trust that you will treat the entire property as you would your own.

The boat and Sea Doo are not currently available for renter's to use, but you can easily rent a boat at LakeWylieBoatRental and tie up to our dock!

House was in a great location. 3 generations from Ohio enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. House had enough room for all of us. Communication was excellent with the host. Will plan on coming back again since we have family living in the area

We decided to stay here while we were looking at real estate and I must say it was perfect . The house was very clean and the owner Chris is in touch through out your stay ! Great location so if you’re looking to relax near a lake this is the perfect place !

Great time!

Our family had a great time. This location allowed privacy for a quiet relaxing time at the lake. The water toys were put to good use, it was great having those available. We are thinking of booking this same location again next year. The host responded quickly, checking was a breeze. It was a very nice stay.

Great visit

Wonderful 6-night stay at the Lake House! House was very well stocked and the lake was an absolute blast. We kayaked and swam everyday. Loved the art in the house and just relaxed a lot. Chris was an awesome host and incredibly responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Great trip!

House was clean and welcoming. Host was able to answer questions before booking to make sure it was a good fit for my group (we needed an entry level bedroom). Very responsive and has a lot of extra activities to enjoy. We stayed to attend graduation at Winthrop. It was close to town but had a remote quiet feel to it!

Thanksgiving on the Lake

The house provided a nice place to relax and retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. With Beautiful lake views all around, we were able to enjoy coffee or hot chocolate on the porch and watch the sun rise over the lake. The house was large enough for us to host thanksgiving dinner with my in-laws.

Lovely visit at the lake house!

We had a three night stay at the lake house -- three grownups and three kids. Everything was very comfortable and well thought out, well decorated. We enjoyed looking out at the lake although a bit too chilly to get out on the water. It was a nice driving distance into Charlotte and to Carowinds. This is a great place to stay for quiet families. We'd love to stay again sometime in the warmer weather!

Great Lake House!

We had an absolute wonderful time at the house and on the lake. The house is located in wonderful cove set off from the main lake. Our kids enjoyed swimming and using the lake equipment which was provided by the home owners. If you are bringing your own boat there is room to tie up at the dock. The house was very comfortable and clean. We will be rebooking for all of our Lake Wylie stays.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home is one of a kind because in addition to being separated from the neighborhood behind it by acres of forest, it is situated in a quite finger cove. It is the perfect place for rest and play. Because it is not on any main stretch, very few boats venture down it, and when they do, must do so with no wake. It makes it the perfect place to swim, kayak, fish, stand up paddle, and more with nothing but the beautiful songs and sights of birds of all shapes and colors to keep you company. After a long day playing in the water, there's nothing like taking an outdoor shower, then having a drink around the gas fireplace while the kids play ping pong and foosball.

And it just so happens, that on the 4th of July, one of our neighbors directly across the way puts on the most spectacular fireworks show on the lake!
