Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Accessibility
An exterior staircase is required to enter the home and to access the lake and dock areas.

Lake & Dock
Water levels vary seasonally, and the water near the dock may be shallow even at full levels. Please note that from November 10th through May 1st, lake levels drop and the boat dock will not be water-accessible. During this time, guests may use a nearby public boat ramp to launch boats.

Water
The home operates on well water. Bottled water and a filtered water pitcher are provided for guest use.

Boat Ramp
There is a public boat ramp located less than 1/4 mile from the house.

Exterior Security Cameras
The property is equipped with two exterior security cameras facing the gate and driveway only. These cameras do not monitor any interior spaces.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
