Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Quiet neighborhood with easy interstate access

Fully updated home in a quiet neighborhood with near by interstate access. Fenced in yard was mentioned and one reason we chose this since we have a dog. However, it was not closed in so we couldn’t let our dog out by himself. AlI in all, it was a great stay.

Visibly appeared clean, however found used fake eyelashes in the shower/linens. Our feet were black from the bottom of the floor. Broken glass in the backyard as well as a broken gate. The room with the bunk beds smelled like urine. Should have researched location more. Did not feel safe.

Family Vacation!!

We had a great time! The space was perfect for what our family of 7 needed. There was a tiny issue with the TV on day one, and someone came right over and helped us fix it. Would definitely recommend using this company/this property. Our family plans to use them again in the near future.

Family Vacation

Overall the home was clean but there could have been a better job by the cleaning crew as floors appeared to have not been swept, some linens had stains, inoperable garbage disposal caused kitchen sink to drain slowly. Washing machine needs to be cleaned. Small dining table is extremely unstable, curtain rod in living room appeared to be ripped from wall. Backyard burn pile needs to be cleaned as it appeared that someone was burning metal. Front door lock is difficult to lock. Neighborhood is fairly quiet but appearances are deceiving as one night there was what sounded like gunshots followed by police cars speeding down the street.

Beware pets owner! Not fully fenced-in backyard!!

I’d like to start by saying that the property was very clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the updated space. However, we were disappointed that we were unable to fully enjoy the amenities due to an unresolved issue with the gate. Despite the listing promoting the property as pet-friendly, the outdoor area was not adequately secured for our dogs. Unfortunately, my husband had to purchase materials and build a temporary gate himself in order to ensure their safety, which is something we had not expected to do or pay another 50 during our stay. We did reach out regarding this issue, but unfortunately, it was not addressed at all. As a result, our experience was negatively impacted. Given the circumstances, we requested a discount or a partial refund on the amount paid for which I never received a response to this date. Our family was extremely disappointed for the amount of money paid, the outdoor conditions should have been taken care of within reasonable time. If you have dogs, please note the front gate was broken (and I have pictures) and the fence is only fenced-in on two sides.
