Welcome to our beachside sanctuary – a three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat along the canal, just one minute from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Immerse yourself in coastal charm, with seamless Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and the luxury of a king-size bed in the master bedroom. Unwind in the master bathroom's hot tub, and for aquatic enthusiasts, enjoy the convenience of a boat ramp right next door. As you step into the outdoor seating area, be prepared to be captivated by the picturesque views overlooking the serene canal. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a leisurely evening, this spot is your private oasis for tranquility. Our retreat is meticulously crafted to provide a perfect blend of modern convenience and homely warmth, ensuring your stay is nothing short of delightful. About this space
- One minute away from Padre Balli Park
- Boat launch right next door
- Large private backyard with comfortable seating over looking the canal
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances

We also provide:
- Outdoor propane grill, which can be located in the garage. One propane tank is provided at the beginning of the stay.
- A charcoal grill, which can be located in the garage. One charcoal bag is provided at the beginning of the stay
- Toiletries bags which include 1 toothbrush, 1 toothpaste, 1 loofah, 1 mouthwash, 1 comb, 1 lip balm in each bag.

Other things to note:
- Security system located in front door, back patio and garage door
- No parties/events allowed
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am
- There may be mosquitoes depending on season. However, insect repellent is available
- Pet fees is 150/stay. Pet deposit is $250/stay. If undisclosed pets are brought into the property without the host’s approval, there is a fine of $300 per pet.
- No smoking allowed in or outside this home. A $300 fine is applied
- Trash cans and recycling bins are located in front of the garge. Must be kept and covered at all times.

- Please park in unit A driveway ONLY
- We can accommodate 1 car in the garage and 3-4 parking spots depending on vehicle size in the driveway
- Boat and golf carts are allowed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Best condo ever

We love to go fishing on the island,, so we are close to several fishing choices. Someday Bob Hall Pier will reopen and the condo is directly across from the pier. The decor is beautiful and pantry is well stocked. Owners are so thoughtful . Oh yes and the adjustable king bed is marvelous.

Awesome Experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Water Front Oasis! After a long day at the beach it was awesome to come to a nice home to relax and tell stories about the day. The house was very clean, everything we needed was provided, and very spacious. My wife and kids loved to sit on the back porch each night and watch the water. We highly recommend staying at the property. We'd love to stay there again.

Canal living

Very tranquil and relaxing. Three adults and 2 pets could not get enough of quietly sitting on patio and watching fish jump in the canal. We even caught and released a few specks.

Comfortable stay for my family and 2 dogs!

Really comfortable stay for our family. We were greeted with some nice snacks upon arrival. Location is great and close to the beaches and the national seashore. Would love to stay again during the warmer months! The yard was also really nice and our dogs loved to lounge outside on it. We didn’t cook much outside breakfast but it was all well stocked!

This place was amazing! The hosts were thoughtful on so many levels, it was actually like being "home". Our family had a wonderful first trip and would most definitely recommend and will rent from them again and again. This trip was the best! Much appreciated and needed. Clean Coast Design Well Designed Space

We made a last minute reservation since our original VRBO was not pet friendly as they claimed. Hein Ma and Jordon were extremely prompt answering our request. The property has a lovely backyard on the canal with a covered sitting area. The house is designed impeccably with the master separate from the other two bedrooms.she had left snacks an it has a great coffee bar. Definitely will stay again! Sue
