Proudly managed by Beach Getaways, our Garden Level condo provides easy access and features free WiFi, an in-condo washer and dryer, and access to resort-style amenities including a beachside pool with charcoal grills, kiddie pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, sauna, and outdoor shower. Shoalwater Condominiums offer plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you find this level of luxury anywhere for this price!

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

Our check-in was very easy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils. The grill is close and very convenient as well. We all loved being close to the pool and easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros: ground level floor straight out to the pool was fantasticCons: bare minimum in term of furnishing, amenities, etc. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and don’t even feel like one single mattress. Blinds allowed people walking outside to see into the room, sliding door is broken and doesn’t have a handle making it tough to open. Not a single plastic dish or cup, everything was glass.Regular maintenance and upkeep could easily make this room 5 stars.

Ground floor with patio and gated entrance to pool.

Lovely comfortable accommodations with private entrance pool literally steps from spacious patio. Clean inside and outside. Management was excellent and responsive. Our coffee maker stopped working and they brought a replacement immediately. Pool was well maintained and plenty of chairs. Indoor pool was nice with hot tub. Beach service available separately with responsive attendant. Great place to stay especially with children.

Suggest calling to confirm the condition of the master bed before booking this unit. The frame was broken prior to our stay and not addressed by My Beach Getaways after multiple requests during our stay mid-June 2024. This was a distressing situation during an otherwise enjoyable vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient being right beside the pool. Also shopping centers and stores were close by. The place gave us all plenty of room.
