Huge historic home (built it 1898) with high-end interior and 2 separate large private yards. This house is a block away from the Q-line/Woodward Ave. Large Bedrooms, each with their own large private bathroom. There are two separate yards with privacy fencing and thousands of plants and open space. Attached garage. Security system. Great views. Extremely safe. Coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Amazing location. Amazing home. Amazing experience.

Beautiful home and a fun stay with all of the amenities. There were lots of snacks and a fun yard outside. Close to downtown Detroit.

this was above all one of the best rentals we have stayed at as a group. we love to go on trips for birthdays and this year we decided to stay local and we are so happy we did! this was such a great home we never wanted to leave

Great overnight stay!

My family found this amazing property for a quick overnight stay while in town for a hockey game and were absolutely obsessed! Such a beautiful historic home. Recently renovated and well maintained. The host was amazing and made the entire stay so easy and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again next time we have a big group and need a place near the city.

Short Stay & Perfect for Dogs

A group of friends and I stayed here for a short one night stay while we were in town for a Red Wings game. The house had everything we needed and the double yard was perfect for my dog who stayed with us. The house is very dog friendly which is always nice!

Beautiful home

Stayed after a vow renewal ceremony with friends. The place was spacious and beautiful, although we didn’t get to use many of the amenities provided due to our short stay.

Perfect for our trip to The Ford field

We loved our stay in this cozy house. Tyson was a fantastic host and went above and beyond in his communication. He meets you at check in and does a walk through to go over everything. We felt very safe and would stay here again on our next trip to Detroit

Amazing stay!

Tyson was unbelievably accommodating for our groups request. The house was so clean, and Tyson was even there in person to show us around the house and explain the door lock system to us. He made our New Years Eve so special, helping us to get together and celebrate the new year with one another :) Thank you!!

Tyson is the best host ever!

I’ve stayed at other VRBO rentals and this was one was our best staycation! Tyson went above and beyond welcoming me and my family. Everything was immaculately clean. He had everything we needed, coffee, drinks, snacks, toiletries, you name it, he had it. I highly recommend this gem!

Prom send-off

The house was very spacious and lovely. The federator huge and the amenities were all free from coffee to snacks. Kids really enjoyed the outside area nice big yards on both sides of the house. The house was top-tier. The host was very nice and he was willing to help with anything that we needed, most definitely I will rent again❤️

Perfect Girls’ Trip!

The house was perfection! The host, Tyson, is very kind and helpful. He has thought of everything you may need or forgot…and then some! The house is in area that is being revitalized and many houses are undergoing renovations. It was very cool to see how it’s changing. Part of the proceeds from each booking go to help sustain and rebuild a farm across the street, so it’s a win for all! You won’t be disappointed. When we’re back in the area, this will definitely be my preferred choice for future stays.

This was an awesome place to stay and host a group the yard was great to use to hang out and enjoy. Plus being close to the q-line made it easy to get to and from downtown without any issue.
