Lux. 2 bed/2 bath condo in beautiful Northside district of Akron! Large windows in the living/ bedrooms showing great views of the historic Cuyahoga Valley with easy access to walking/ biking trails. Well appointed space for that family wishing to be close and explore all our beautiful city has to offer or for the business traveler needing a cozy home away for home. Fine dinning, quick bites, and shopping all steps away. Quick highway access to Cleveland or Canton both within a 30 minute drive!

This beautiful property is a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Open concept living area with comfortable sitting and a cozy fireplace. The large master bedroom is en-suite with a beautiful bathroom and a large walk in closet. The spacious second bathroom comes with a bathtub to soak in and relax after a day exploring or working. Each living space has large windows with beautiful views of the Cuyahoga Valley!! Enjoy the views and a good night sleep with blockout drapes in both rooms.

The living room leads out to a private, spacious balcony with a nice siting area.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking to make your stay comfortable. Also in the kitchen is an Espresso maker and a Keurig coffee maker.

Staying fit is a breeze with a gym located on the property and weather permitting easy access to beautiful walking/ biking trails. ( Bikes can be rented just across the street at Akron bike center. )

Enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at NOMZ!! NOMZ is located in the Northside Marketplace “an urban market with a focus on social interaction, local businesses and grass roots artisans” which is all in the same building!! For a night of fine dinning, award winning Dante Boccuzzi Akron( DBA) is also located downstairs!!! A few steps across the building is an Akron staple for authentic Italian cooking and Pizza since 1949, Luigi’s restaurant.

One car parking located in the climate controlled garage, with plenty of parking space across the street. Enjoy secure entry into building. Level 2 EV charging station attached to your dedicated parking spot.

Lovely stay
Walking distance to food, the scenic train station, Jillys Music Room and parks. The condo had upscale furnishings with a lovely balcony. This was a beautiful place to stay.

A beautiful and luxurious condo
The condo was absolutely beautiful and appeared as stated. It was well appointed and did not lack any important details. The owners were very accommodating. Will happily stay again.

Short stay at Northside Lofts
This property is exactly as described. Clear communication and check in instructions. The condo itself is safe, clean, cozy and has everything you will need on a trip. I love the huge windows. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The walking distance to places to eat was nice too including Luigi's. I rent a lot of vrbo and this one is very well put together. We would rent again.

Weekend stay
This property was perfect for my family’s weekend trip. The host was very responsive to our needs and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again, one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed at.
