DEUX CHAMBRES AVEC DEUX SALLES DE BAINS PRIVÉES - IDÉAL POUR 2 COUPLES

Notre appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée du magnifique et paisible Bloemgracht (canal des fleurs), dans le Jordaan. Jordaan est le plus beau quartier du centre-ville d’Amsterdam.
Avec ses 2 chambres à coucher, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée, l'endroit est parfaitement aménagé pour deux couples ou une famille.
Si vous êtes une famille avec jusqu'à deux enfants, vous trouverez à BLOEMBED un excellent emplacement.
Il n'y a pas de cuisine, mais une machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire et un cuiseur à oeufs sont à votre disposition.
Un supermarché, toutes sortes de restaurants, comme la Méditerranée, l'indonésien, Chinees, thaï et même la cuisine hollandaise, sont tous à distance de marche. (et que nous entendons, pas plus de 5 minutes à pied!) Aussi toutes sortes de petites boutiques et une buanderie sont autour du coin.

I have stayed in quite a few places hosted by individuals. This is the first place that I have stayed in that felt that 100% it could have been someone’s home. The care and attention to detail for this property was the best I have ever seen. The location was great. I could not have asked for a better place for our visit to Amsterdam.

This apartment was perfect for two couples during our stay in Amsterdam. The location on a beautiful canal in the Jordaan neighborhood was perfect. Everything was walking distance including restaurants, shopping and historic sites. The beds were comfortable; the showers were great and the coffee and tea supplies were a wonderful start for our mornings. Communication with the hosts was very easy and we enjoyed many of their restaurant and transportation suggestions.

Everything about Stan and Edith's place was as described so no surprises. Thankfully it was cooler than upper floors and they provided fans without us asking since we visited during an early heat wave. They are fantastic at communicating and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and A LOT of great restaurant options. The only non-five-star, which was not a big deal for us and noted by some other reviewers, was the 630am onward patter of kids feet above the larger bedroom and common space.

The space is well cared for. We appreciated all of the extra effort - coffee pods and sugar stocked, several rolls of toilet paper, extra shampoo - those were all very helpful! The location is spectacular and the property was exactly as listed! The hosts checked on us regularly and were there if we needed anything! We cannot wait to return.

We had a nice stay at this condo and would recommend it overall. The location is fantastic, right on the canal, very close to the Anne Frank House and restaurants. It’s an ideal base for exploring Amsterdam on foot.There are a few things future guests should be aware of. Because of the central location, there is some street noise from cars, and we could hear a neighbor’s baby crying. The shower drains do not work very well, which cause an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms.Despite these issues, the location and convenience made it a good choice.

The apartment was plenty big for a family of four. Having two bathrooms was ideal. What wasn’t ideal was the bedroom in the back of apartment. No means of air circulating in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan and a portable fan offered however if it was any summer month staying there, this Florida gal would not have been able to handle that. Thankfully the temps were in the mid 60’s. But we had to open what windows that were directly on the street side just for any reprieve from the stagnant air in the apartment when we were at the apartment. But closed for bedtime cause again, street level windows. Right now in the city center there is a lot of construction so that was sometimes challenging getting around, considering I had no knowledge of Amsterdam experience. The area is beautiful where the apartment is located. Cafes, bars, restaurants are all within walking distances. And tram pick up point is very close to the aparartmet as well. The host provided the essentials to get you started-tea, coffee a bottle of wine.

On a beautiful canal in a non touristy area, restaurants of all types within walking distance, 4 minutes to Anne Frank home, what else can I say?
Oh, and the two rooms and kitchenette are just perfect, we enjoyed making our coffee and partaking fresh rolls and eggs!
The price is too good to be true!
