Fully Renovated and Ocean view!! Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Living room queen sofa, 55" HDTV in living room and 40" HDTV in bedroom and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking, the pool, and beach access. You are only 20 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

I've stayed at this resort several times and love it. Our unit was clean and as described in the listing other than you really can't see the ocean well from the first floor. It's very convenient to the beach. It is an older place and could use some upgrades to the linens and the outdoor seating but overall we had what we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. The whole building smelled like moth balls but that was not the owners fault.

Good place to stay, same general comments as everyone else. Window by door lets too much light in at night. Door is not sound proof, can’t ignore noises in the hall. Nice place for the rest.

Very clean and nice!! I liked how I didn’t have to hike a mile or climb endless flights of stairs to get to the room. Couldn’t see the beach from the balcony but that was ok. I would recommend this place!!

Lovely Reno job. Definitely could use blackout curtains in bed room and curtains that provide full coverage off the patio. Pull out couch bed you definitely feel the bar. Love that there was water bottles and beach chairs/umbrella to use. For sure needs beach towels for pool and beach. The was a 1/2 roll of tp when we arrived and we ran out. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment really maximized the space well and there was ample storage space which makes it easier to stay organized. This was our favorite unit we’ve stayed in so far!

We love hhi beach and tennis resort, but this particular unit has been our favorite so far. Very accommodating, very clean, the location was perfect - love being on the 1st floor and so close to the beach/pool. The owners were very helpful and responsive! Will definitely be sure to stay here again.

Great Property, Great Location!

A fantastic place for a great price! The property was clean, recently updated, and in a perfect spot right near the beach with access to a pool on site. The hosts reached out with all the info we needed to park/check in a few days ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. We really appreciate you making even our short stay so easy so we could just enjoy our time there!

Wonderful getaway!

This was our second time staying at this resort but first time at this property. We needed a quick getaway for just the two of us and this property was just perfect. The mattress was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to somehow cover up the long window by the door.

Quick weekend anniversary trip

Overall was a lovely condo in a nice location and we would definitely come again. Wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. The bed was amazingly comfortable, however I would recommended a curtain of some kind to block the light from window by the door. All that light did make it difficult to sleep, we ended up covering the window with Publix shopping bags The beach chairs were a bit worn and rusted, with missing pieces and could stand an update and the remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work but we were able to just watch tv at night in the living room. The shower was spacious and updated, we had plenty of towels for our stay.

Great Vaca

We come to HHI a couple times a year. We generally stay in the same place on the southern part of the island. We decided to try someplace different this trip. This place was great! This place is clean and well stocked. Close to the beach, the pool, and bike path made this stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Our recent stay at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort was fantastic! The unit boasted modern decor and provided exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodations. We especially loved the relaxing environment and the convenience of being just steps away from the beautiful beach.
