Profitez de votre séjour à la plage, dans cette copropriété merveilleusement rénovée, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le salon et le balcon. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui recherchent le repos et la détente à la plage ou au bord de la piscine. La piscine est idéalement située à quelques pas du sable et juste en dessous de la copropriété. Aussi, restaurants, épicerie, boutiques de souvenirs, cinéma, glacier, café et bien plus encore, à quelques pas!
Ce condo comprend une chambre avec un lit king-size et une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain a des hauts en granit et des carreaux. Le salon dispose d'un nouveau canapé-lit, d'une télévision et d'un magnétoscope, d'une cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils, armoires et comptoirs en granit. Il y a une nouvelle laveuse, sécheuse et un balcon privé avec vue sur l'océan, la plage et la piscine. Belle nouvelle tuile dans le salon et la salle. Nouveau travail de peinture pour la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon à partir de février 2014.
La chambre a un nouveau tapis, un nouveau matelas et une tĂȘte de lit king-size, des tables de bout, des lampes et des rideaux. Nous venons de le peindre un beau gris poussiĂ©reux. C'est une retraite de chambre sereine!

Les téléviseurs ont le cùble avec tous vos choix de télévision préférés.

This rental worked great for us. Great location, nice place on the beach, and close to many shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and efficient, and communication with the host was excellent.

HHI Friend Trip 2025What a great little find. View and location were just as described. Wonderful to just be able to walk across the street to Coligny and a short walk to the beach. King bed super comfortable. Under bed storage at the bottom of the bed. Kitchen stocked with the usual amenities. Had some beach chairs/umbrella available on the balcony. Bathroom was nice with some amenities available. Had a rainy week, maybe consider adding a couple of board/card games to the unit.

This unit is a great location. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly for groceries and restaurants. Beach was an easy walk from the unit and loved the fact that there was a life guard right there. Nice big beach and never felt like there people on top of you and that is important b/c the next beach access is the public beach access.Connie was a great host answering questions before and after our stay.The negatives are that the unit is tiny and the hosts tell you to store your suitcases in the car, that the instructions when you arrive say no glass near the pool yet there is no non glass options in the unit, and the furniture on the porch is uncomfortable.

Awesome Place with Great Ocean Views

Wanted a nice little place for a quick weekend away and this place was great. Very clean and organized. Owner very involved and communicated everything in advance. Furniture very comfortable and can say enough about the views from the deck over the pool to the ocean. You can't go wrong with this place, we'll definitely go back.

Weekday Getaway

This was a true “ Park and Walk” location. The property is truly Beachfront and was across the street from the popular “Coligny” Shopping area. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We usually visit HHI in the crowded summer months. The off season has advantages as well. No lines at restaurants and the temperature is warm enough for sitting on the beach without sweltering heat and big crowds.

I am a retired school teacher who enjoys people, traveling, reading, and grandchildren! My husband and I have been married for 56 years. We raised two beautiful daughters and now enjoy three grandchildren. Our younger daughter, son-in-law have lived in Hilton Head since 2004. Cody, their son, was born in 2005 and is now 16 years old. We love to watch him in sports. Our older daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters as of June 2017 have been living full time in Hilton Head. We are feeling so blessed to be at the beach and have our family so near to us.

We live on Hilton Head and decided to invest in a rental property at Coligny Beach. We think it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States and we love our time spent at the ocean and the convenience of the shopping!

What we enjoy about our condo is its location right on the ocean. We are just steps to the sand. The condo has been remodeled and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished. For our renters, you can call us any time day or night to take care of any of your renting needs. We live in nearby Shipyard Plantation.
